From a foreigner perspective, I think the "settling it in court" thing might not work. I could be talking out of my ass here since I don't really know a lot of about how shit is going to go down as the justice tries to settle this but given that if the court goes "Whoops, well. Looks like Trump won the election afterall" then there is going to be a TOTAL SHITSHOW and even worse riots than the ones before the elections.

Given how spineless most conservatives types are (politicians, not sure about the judges), they could just use the excuse of "we won't do this for the sake of keeping things cool and let people calm down" even if it means 4 years of Dems fucking up them in the ass in retaliation.

Yeah but its not like the riots have stopped...at all. If anything, they are simply now actually focused on Biden's suporters (because BLM is in favor of equality, after all, the right to harass everyone equally). So Trump or Biden, the country is going to the shitter. The only difference is that Trump may help things in the long term while Biden is not only OKAY with the riots but motivating them. Trump will probably send the national guard at them to restore order since he doesnt have to worry about the next 4 years anymore so he has to please no one.
Obviously he is not perfect.

Besides, I think it will "look better" to them if they expose the frauds since it will show the democratic process being actually preserved for once.

Since then the media who stands behind Biden has "debunked" these numbers, saying the city of milwaukee disputes the numbers taken from their own website, and also the same media simultaneously trying to handwave it away by saying that the state of Wisconsin has same day voter registration, and it just so happened that double the amount of normal voters showed up that day to cast their vote

Literally had Ebonic_Tutor, who I consider a friend of mine on here, post this exact same screencapture of this last week while we were watching returns in the cytube channel. My immediate question was, "Does Wisconsin have same day registration at the polls day of the election laws?" We didn't know and I was too tired to give a fuck to look up, now it turns out THEY DO. Imagine that, easiest answer is the right one even if you don't know all 50 state elections laws. Amazing how that works out huh?

Trump's next move will be to demand an entire recount of all ballots in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Wisconsin.

That the re-count will be carried out by independent auditors with Democrat and Republican observers.

2. He could've encouraged social distancing
3. He could've not thrown a temper tantrum for states to reopen before the virus was contained
4. He could've listened to scientists and not his retarded son-in-law

Sweden did actually have most citizens wear masks and distance (because they're not retards like we are), and even with that, they still did far worse than their nordic neighbors.

To Kiwis who believe Trump can still win: What odds would you give him? I think it’s over for him, but if I didn’t, I still wouldn’t put it >5%. I also wouldn’t put it >25% this even goes to court in any substantial way.

The problem is less that he doesn’t have a case or couldn’t make one and more that the people around him don’t seem to want to. Some in the GOP are putting up token resistance to placate Trump’s base but it’s all talk, no action.

I don’t think “why didn’t Democrats forge down ticket votes” is a satisfying response to cheating allegations. If targeted systematic voter fraud was conducted in swing-states we can speculate that the preponderance of it would be conducted with mail-in ballots or through the electronic voting systems (the PV allegations notwithstanding) as these points would be the most discreet. In the case of mail in ballots somebody has to physically fill out the ballot so you can reduce your staff (a major hazard here) by not voting down the ticket. In either case stealing the seats of Republicans would make them more likely to side with Trump, while letting them keep their seat would help to ensure that they distance themselves from Trump and his voter fraud allegations. Keep in mind here that the allegation isn’t that the DNC acted alone to steal the election but that some unknown entity acted to get Biden elected. There are entities which benefit from a Biden president even with a Republican Senate (e.g. anybody who wants Patriot Act signed back in to law).

If you wanted to test the voting machine hypothesis I suppose that you could look at swing states like PA and compare the county results based on the election machines operated. I’m not American so I’d rather speculate than compare data on excel. ES&S is alleged to have Republican sympathies while the owners/family/etc of HIG Capital, the holding company of Hart InterCivic, donate half a million to Democratic candidates and the DNC each election cycle. Unfortunately I can’t find a similar page for McCarthy Group, LLC (holding company of ES&S) although Mike McCarthy himself only makes moderate donations of generally less that $5,000 to mostly Republicans .

Of course none of this is evidence, but we know that...
