When they audit they will be validating or discounting entire ballots. Do you know that you don't vote on a separate ballot for each race? Are you under the impression that the presidential race is on it's own ballot? Perhaps the cope has gone to your head.
Seriously the sheer lack of information by the people smugly chuckling is just baffling. It also implies they didn't even vote in the first place.
It's the TES larp all over again, if you don't care then stop trying so hard in looking like you don't care.

So to recap:
-All votes for all the shit is on one ballot
-All the "suspicious votes" are suspicious for a myriad reasons; one among them is that said ballots only had the president as it's choice, and it was all counted piecemeal after all the votes got sent. While all of this could mean a lot of things that isn't fraud, it warrants enough suspicion to look into - which is what a recount fucking is.
-Yelling cope in a thread that's barely moving is kinda cringe dude. Especially when said copereeing is now 25% of the thread.

Right, but I don't see those tards calling for an audit in Kentucky or Georgia senate races. They just care about the presidential vote.

I also think you legit don't know what the word "cope" means. I know you Trumpers are known for being retarded, but anyone who voted for the guy who won isn't going to be "coping".

This thread poll needs an audit. I swear that I voted for Jeb but it's saying that I voted for the "Expecting no clear winner on November 3rd." option.
Have they officially called it for Jeb yet?

The swing states were the ones where the really questionable stuff happened, so it's getting more attention. I have seen people on the right calling for a 50-state recount, too.

I haven’t read this whole thread through but i thought I’d drop my 2 cents as an attorney and I apologize if this has been covered. I actually started my career as an attorney at jones day -the firm currently representing the PA GOP before Supreme Court. While I do not, nor have I previously worked on, election law cases I know the judicial system well as well as lawsuits related to constitutional issues
The problem with any of these lawsuits is the remedy. There are 2 legal issues that shouldn’t be conflated: 1) voter fraud and 2) extension of deadlines/changes in voting law. For the first one, Even if SCOTUS agrees there was some specific fraud in a specific state or county, there is the first obvious problem with there needing to be so many instances of this it matters. But more importantly how do you go from fraud to trump winning? You would need to specifically discredit just specific Biden votes which I’m not sure Is possible
Next is not counting ballots due to changes election laws. This is an extreme remedy that I highly highly doubt even a conservative SCOTUS would do. It would deprive millions of people of a constitutional right that even the super conservative judge in that recent Texas case refused to do. Bush v Gore even emphasized this - the reason they stopped the recount was due to equal protection concerns. The constitutional rights of voters is paramount
Anyway nothing I’m saying is novel or can’t be easily googled but it’s surprising how many people think simply bc things look fishy, and he appointed conservative judges, trump will win this election.

That's why the whole "voting fraud" thing is bullshit. If they're gonna do voting fraud, they're gonna win more seats in the house and the senate. Trumpards gonna cope, I guess
Assuming you're not being a gas-lighting faggot, I’ll explain it for you like you're retarded. It wasn't individual senators the media and the entire globo-homo machine had a hard on for four years, it was Trump, who even some of the GOP didn't like. It's less about Democrats versus Republicans than it is the ordered political establishment versus an unstable outsider.

If you really believe this shit, you are even more retarded than I thought. And that's already a pretty low bar.

Cope harder. It's pretty funny. I wouldn't laugh at you Trumptards if you'd just accept defeat

I really needed a lawyer take on this. Thanks for the info. Is there any counterargument to this or is it legit ? Is this just an instance of my dad works for Nintendo ? Any more law boys in the thread?
Edit:
So again, if there was fraud, why wouldn't they just fill out the Senate for the democrat?
Well it's already this blatant, it would ignite a fucking firestorm if they went any further. They are already playing with very dangerous fire, and it's not about the system itself i'd argue rather than trust in the system. Even with this more and more Americans lost confidence in the voting system itself which is a very bad thing for them, if they did a full scale fuckery it would destroy any credibility and fully classify America in people's heads as a banana republic ( which to some it already has by the looks of it ). And when you live in a banana republic the citizens are going to start acting like it.
