None of those links disprove anything I said.
Except they literally do. They do that by explaining what a proper noun is in more than 7 words, unlike your book. It's fairly simple, you shouldn't be having such a hard time with this.
I got all As in English, both high school and college.
I really doubt it. But, hey, maybe only your basics are completely wrong. It is technically possible.
None of my examples are incorrect.
Whatever helps you sleep at night.

You know the stuff about the kids legitimately bothers me. Raising your children away from normal social contact while telling them they are part of God's Chosen special group and are the most persecuted people on the planet, and that people are out there roaming the world just waiting for a chance to destroy their lives is some real high level cult shit. I would consider it child abuse.

Orangutans like you are why the First Amendment was written

THIS IS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA WHERE I AM FREE TO HOLD AND EXPRESS PUBLICLY MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, IDEAS AND VIEWS WITHOUT SURRENDING MY RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES AS A CITIZEN

Alright, I'll take you up on your bullshit for now. You got an A in college English? Lemme hit up an English professor on my campus and see what they have to say about what you think a proper noun is? You can be proven wrong professionally.

How will I know you're not just making it up?

I accept your challenge on a few conditions:

(1) they have to be older than 65
(2) they have to have a PhD in English with an emphasis in colloquial novels/colloquial English
(3) they have to have at least 25 years experience teaching
(4) you can't tell then why you are asking (to make it objective) AND
(5) I get to find my own professional too to confirm my POV

Challenge accepted?

Truly a testament to the quality of those learning institutions.

I had an excellent education. I went to an IB High School in one of the wealthiest counties in the nation.

George Mason is one of the best schools in the country. The diversity of students there adds a lot. Some of my professors also taught at Oxford.

You don't have to go to an Ivy League university to get a great education. Ivy League schools are simply for Aristocrats to protect their culture, families and investments. Aristocrats don't mingle with middle class families.

Yeah, and if your children are hurt as a result of you "expressing publically your religious beliefs", CPS gets to take away your privilege of being a parent. Wish they'd do it sooner, to be honest.

Rules for thee and all that.

I didn't accuse you of the crime of abusing your children, I said, according to my subjective opinion, you're a shitty mom and abusive piece of shit. This speech is also protected by the 1A. Lmao.

Answer my question about the prophetic dream you had about Marshall. Where will you be in three months?

(2) they have to have a PhD in English with an emphasis in colloquial novels/colloquial English

Accusing someone of a felony (ie "child abuse") publicly is not protected by the First Amendment. It's Defamation per se and you don't even have to show damages to get a judgment

According to what VA Law?

Oh wait. You're talking out of your ass again

George Mason is ranked #143 in the country. Stop saying it's "one of the best." Lmao. Jesus what a dumb bitch.

You have literally no idea what you're talking about. In order for it to be defamation pro se I have to accuse you of a specific crime. I didn't say "you are abusing your children" I said "in my opinion you are a shitty mom and an abusive piece of shit." Those are two different statements totally. You should probably read the case law on this.

The goal post should be, at most, only 100 yards away from you. Also answer my question. What does Epitaph predict will happen to the lolsuit in 3 months and whether or not you will crawl back to Marshall.

Express whatever opinion you want. Live your life as a citizen with all the rights granted to citizens.

But there will always be pushback against opinions from other people (your fellow citizens). The constitutional right to free speech prevents the government from suppressing your opinions/beliefs, but it doesn't stop private citizens from disagreeing or dissenting.

I'm not about to call your local police or social services and accuse you of child abuse ('cause I don't care that fucking much), but I, like @A Cardboard Box , can point out that you're doing your kids a serious disservice. That's an opinion that we're allowed to hold.

Side note: why the fuck am I trying to explain the US Constitution to an American? I'm not even American, what the hell am I doing with my life?

Religious excuses only go so far when your children have been indirectly taught that abuse is perfectly fine and okay.

Also, LMAO:

WHERE I AM FREE TO HOLD AND EXPRESS PUBLICLY MY RELIGIOUS BELIEFS, IDEAS AND VIEWS
If only. There are so many restrictions on this that it isn't even funny.

Jacobson v. Massachusetts, United States v. O’Brien, 391 U.S. 367, 20 L. Ed. 2d 672, 88 S. Ct. 1673 (1968 ), Greer v. Spock, 424 U.S. 828, 47 L. Ed. 2d 505, 96 S. Ct. 1211 (1976), Adderley v. Florida, 385 U.S. 39, 17 L. Ed. 2d 149, 87 S. Ct. 242 (1966), Cantwell v. Connecticut, 310 U.S. 296 (1940), (somewhat) Amant v. Thompson, 390 U.S. 727 (1968 ), Adderley v. Florida, 385 U.S. 39, 17 L. Ed. 2d 149, 87 S. Ct. 242 (1966), Cox v. Louisiana, 379 U.S. 559, 13 L. Ed. 2d 487, 85 S. Ct. 476 (1965), Bethel School District No. 403 v. Fraser, 478 U.S. 675, 92 L. Ed. 2d 549, 106 S. Des Moines Independent Community School District, 393 U.S. 503, 21 L. Ed. 2d 731, 89 S. Ct. 733 (1969), Schenck v. United States, 249 U.S. 47 (1919), Roth v. United States, 354 U.S. 476 (1957), and most importantly perhaps, you fucking moron of a human being, Sherbert v. Verner, 374 U.S. 398 (1963)
I literally cited Supreme Court cases to you proving othervise, most notably Jacobson v. Massachusetts, United States v. O’Brien, 391 U.S. 367, 20 L. Ed. 2d 672, 88 S. Ct. 1673 (1968 ), Greer v. Spock, 424 U.S. 828, 47 L. Ed. 2d 505, 96 S. Ct. 1211 (1976), Cantwell v. Connecticut, 310 U.S. 296 (1940), Tinker v. Des Moines Independent Community School District, 393 U.S. 503, 21 L. Ed. 2d 731, 89 S. Ct. 733 (1969) (in a way), Sherbert v. Verner, 374 U.S. 398 (1963), United States v. O’Brien, 391 U.S. 367, 20 L. Ed. 2d 672, 88 S. Ct. 1673 (1968 ), Jane ROE, et al., Appellants, v. Henry WADE. Supreme Court 1973 (in a way)
Read these and you'll understand just how little your First Amendment rights matter to the Government and the Supreme Court. All citations are from SCOTUS.
Orangutans like you are why the First Amendment was written
People like you are the reason it has so many limitations. People like you are the reason why CPS exists.
they have to be older than 65
Why? A teacher with a degree is a teacher with a degree, no matter how old they are.
they have to have a PhD in English
You do realize that every teacher that teaches above elementary level is required to have that?
with an emphasis in colloquial novels/colloquial English
This is basic English, you don't need a specific version of a PhD for it.
they have to have at least 25 years experience teaching
Why does experience matter when we are talking about knowledge? And why 25? You don't have 25 years of teaching experience, but you require others to have to disprove you?
I get to find my own professional too to confirm my POV
Good luck. You'll need it.
I had an excellent education.
Doubtful.
Yeah, and if your children are hurt as a result of you "expressing publically your religious beliefs", CPS gets to take away your privilege of being a parent.
This is so basic, how is she failing that hard to understand this?
*Correction: emphasis in OLD ENGLISH
Old English is basically dead. I am certain no one has a PhD in Old English, if only for the fact that such a degree would be useless.
you don't even have to show damages to get a judgment
Not true. While Damages are presumed, yes, you will eventually have to prove to the court that you have been damaged, and therefore are entitled to relief.
Accusing someone of a felony (ie "child abuse") publicly is not protected by the First Amendment.
It is if it's an opinion that you believe in, and/or to the best of your knowledge true. There are exceptions, of course. See:

St. Amant v. Thompson, 390 U.S. 727 (1968 ) Supreme Court Case
According to what VA Law?
According to both federal(CAPTA giving organizations like CPS power, 42 U.S.C. Section 1983, etc) and VA Law:

There is actually. It's called Child Neglect.
I believe I cited § 18.2-371.1 at that specific point in time.
Oh wait. You're talking out of your ass again
That's you.
A ranking in a magazine doesn't mean everything. It's just someone's opinion based on robotic entries.
What is your ranking based on?
Insinuating it can be actionable too
It literally can't. Provide Citations.

Lmao. Okay take me to court, retard.

Please provide evidence your meme online university is one of the best universities in the country. The agency that actually does the ranking puts it at 143, which is squarely in the "mediocre" territory.

I already showed you where it appears. Search back on the thread

You literally did not because it literally did not appear.

The Gospels are the story of a JEWISH MESSIAH who came to save JEWISH PEOPLE

No, the Gospels are the story of a messiah who came to all mankind. Jews do not accept the gospels as part of the Torah.

Alpha males can sin and be evil

Which is irrelevant because Marshall is not an alpha male. Alpha males provide for their families.

None of those links disprove anything I said.

Yes, they quite do.

I got all As in English, both high school and college.

Doubt.

You clearly don't understand the concept of proper nouns. None of my examples are incorrect.

When a sentence refers to a specific person (station of being), it is capitalized.

But they aren't refering to a specific person, and "Station of Being" is a bust stop. Ironically, it should be capitalized.

*Correction: emphasis in OLD ENGLISH

What the fuck does Chaucer have to do with your inability to identify proper nouns?

Chaucer isn't old English. Old English is literally like, pre Norman invasion, Anglo-Saxon shit. She has no idea what Old English even is. It is not even the same language. Old English doesn't even inform modern English because about 40% of modern English is fucking French, with French influenced grammar and parts of speech.

I don't care about the opinion of an inexperienced person fresh off the graduation wheel

I believe I cited § 18.2-371.1 at that specific point in time.
Which doesn't undo the First Amendment which is FEDERAL LAW

The Constitution is the supreme law of the USA. State laws cannot over ride the Constitution

What are you going to do when he refuses your Get (again!) and laughs at your Big Binder of Grudges?

I'm still going to leave him. There's nothing he can say at this point to change my mind.

I canceled the Anniversary plans.
