You would need to find someone who's taking a PhD in either English and specializing in Old English. There is no PhD in just Old English. For someone who claims to have gone to a "great college!" Melinda should know this.
One other thing, University ranking sites tend to use the QS World University Rankings I would recommend Melinda look them up, but she wouldn't understand what they (THE) do. That being said, QS World Rating for George Mason puts the school at 801-1000 as I said earlier in the year (they haven't changed their spot in a year). That puts it on par with the University of the Punjab and that the University of Zagreb is actually a better school to go to. Melinda likes to bring up her education because getting a useless piece of paper she never got to use (and never will, you really should be honest with yourself Melinda) is only good thing she's done with her life since popping out retards out of her vagina isn't going anywhere.
Back to Old English and the use of capitalization of nouns. Old English didn't care at all what you capitalized. If you ever look at old texts anything could be capitalized, hell the Constitution had random capitals being used, not to mention even Middle English didn't give a damn about the use of capitals either. It wasn't until the wide spread use of dictionaries that this all changed in the mid 1800's.
