Look at the numbers who voted a bit more closely. The Democrats got more votes, but their races were won by much wider margins and tended to be in blue strongholds. For comparison, Republicans did way better in the tossup districts, where the margins were admittedly narrower. A lot of these districts were previously very red and were lost in 2018.

Remember too, that 2018 was a hotbed for fraud (primarily in AZ) and the purple splash against Orange Man Bad. The red electorate most likely got complacent or their mass early votes got met with ballots behind the dumpster.

@It's HK-47's optimism in government actors crushed once again by cold, hard reality.

I want to say I called it back in the TDS thread months ago, but I can't really remember. The writing was on the wall the minute Durham said he wouldn't release anything prior to the election.

HA HA!

Supposed SPYGATE, you say? Looks like they found NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You Drumpftards, you stupid, delusional idiots, thinking that the day of the rope is coming when in reality the rope will be hung on you and your kin.

We still on 1982?

The Clash sucks and chances are they'd be in support of Antifa and BLM these days. IIRC, weren't The Clash actual far-leftists? I know Crass were AnComs and I think The Clash was too.

The American branch of the Antifa movement literally emerged from the punk scene of the 1980's (Antifa in Europe is way older though)

On another note, here's another song from the 80's that perfectly describes the mindset of most of these self-proclaimed Millennial and Early Zoomer "socialist" bugmen and why they want stuff like the Green New Deal and the Great Reset.

The key difference between Merle Haggard and the demands of the Green New Deal crowd is that Merle was being cynically sarcastic

Good on Trump. Fuck the Neocons.

I always got the feeling that John Bolton and Jeff Sessions were forced on Trump by the GOP leadership at the time since one was a literal unironic neocon and the other was a traditionalist relic.

You haven't seen enough of Antifa if you think they'll stick around if they smell actual danger. As I've said on past posts, having had to deal with them, the second the pushback comes they run behind the nearest meatshield without failure. Even my union hated them for it and we were commies. So far they've puffed their chest all day long because they know the democrats will exonerate them en masse time and time again, the second they realice shit's going down they'll pull an emu maneuver and scatter like the vermin they are.
That explains why they always act so shocked the minute somebody defends themselves and get their ass beat for messing with the wrong person. I mean they only target trump supporters because they usually don't fight back.

Agree the Clash were lefties, don't agree they suck and still find the lyrics highly apropos. They were lefties in the old mold of up the working class, big chunks of their stuff is about the mistreatment of blue collar industrial communities.
