TGWTG The Spoony One / Spoony / Noah Antwiler and Rachel Baker / @RaeAngel07 - The touching romance between a washed-up videogame reviewer throwing a decade-long pity party and his delusional Canuck stalker. #weaknotsick #donttellmehowtosulk

"Emergency self-care toolbox" is now in the running for the most Current Year phrase ever.

I was wondering what it would be, but others have already answered it. Doesn’t she live in Canada? Mental health services couldn’t possibly cost that much up there.

"Of course it's company policy never to, imply ownership in the event of a dildo... always use the indefinite article a dildo, never your dildo."

On today's sunday reminiscence we have The Ring- Terror's Realm, a review which came out as a puffer amidst his sheer endless FF XIII production cycle.

typical and contemporary, Spoonster gives his best in it from what I see. One could think he regrets having opened the FF XIII can and he's got more fun producing these, as @RJ MacReady correctly stated he can't stay consistent on one major thing for too long unless he's severely pissed or passionate towards it #spoonymovie. The Dalad Jelly bit is funny enough and portioned right, unlike the prisoner garb tirade he unleashed in the FF review. There is a callback to his written review of Ju-On and this is frankly his best of times, when a reviewer can refer to his roots. Only thing that pokes my spleen in this is that he used Mother 3 music for the Healing Jelly skit, makes you wonder if he ever played that masterpiece or merely used the music because it's goofy - with all his umplayed games listed, I wouldn't put the second reason past him - enjoy and have a nice sunday!
My contribution: This 2013 panel which he opens with a bit about how Twitter is "so fun" and he loves "trolling" and "breaking balls" on it literally almost a year to the day he was fired from CA for his famous meltdown. You can practically feel the awkwardness in the audience as he says this.

Any idea how much he got paid for his convention appearances?
I don't know if he got paid (he might not have been a popular enough celebrity) but he once mentioned not attending a certain con (I think it was either MAGFest or ConBravo) because they wouldn't cover his flight and hotel, which is customary for any invited guest.

Yesterday, when he was spamming Garriot and the other guy about lutes, after the other guy told him where to look for a lute craftsman (?) Noah further asked him "They don't work for cheap, do they? =P"

Within the hour he deleted the tweet, maybe even he realised that he came off as very "beggary"

The same reason Noah doesn't really get help, she's too lazy and scared to really tackle whatever issues she has and has probably made it part of her identity by now. Even when she's Twitter-stalking Noah it's always in the context of, "Noah saved me from my depression" not "oh wow I love vidya and I love Noah's reviews".

EDIT: I'm not sure about Canada but in the US psychiatrists tend to have longer backlogs than other specialists. I think Warthog's given us conclusive proof that making the appointment and waiting a few weeks to be seen, all without blowing all her money, is too much to ask.

As far as what Jason Pullara might be up to. A week or two ago his cohost said something like, "Remember when you killed a hooker behind 7/11?" Jason said not to make jokes like that because of his lawsuit with Fazeek. Fazeek is insane and might believe that's true and he doesn't need more legal problems.

As far as his Twitter, Jason got a 999day and 1hour temporary ban for harassment.

I can confirm that at least one of them was MAGFest. When I was close to some CA producers, many of them said that Doug, Rob & Noah wouldn't attend MAGFest because they didn't cover their flight & accommodations. They also didn't think MAGFest made a 'big enough deal' out of them.

Other CA producers went to MAGFest on their own dime (including at least two from overseas) because it was the one time a lot of them could see each other, outside of the anniversary specials, if they were invited to those. I never heard anyone complain about not getting their flight or hotel room covered, just that Doug, Rob & Noah did.

Appreciate your insight as usual. I double-checked and he complained about both - MAGFest in 2012 and ConBravo in 2013. I think I also recall him saying specifically that MAGFest didn't offer him a panel.

Generally you would handle depression though your general practitioner at first in Canada and whatever treatment they recommend (SSRIs, Psychologist, etc) and if there's bigger issues at play they might refer you to a Psychiatrist, who do indeed have very big backlogs. Your GP will likely only refer you after they're convinced you've got something more than depression or an extremely serious form of depression.

Anti-depressants (At least SSRIs...) and Psychology (As opposed to Psychiatry) are also notably not covered by the public health plan, so she might not necessarily have better options available to her just because she's in Canada.

Also, didn't Miles shot him because that guy reached for his ak? Anyway, Miles did nothing wrong. He is the Alpha compared to virgin spoony.
Acording to the Arizona Republic the guy sat in the car and had an AK aiming out of and Miles fired three rounds with one hitting him in the head, acording to that newspaper article there was also a neighbor witnessing the event.
"emergency self-care toolbox" --> it's called a liquor cabinet, bitch
Tbh, sometimes that can help, you shouldn't make it a daily occurrence tho.
Warthog seriously needs to get deep dicked.
Thanks for the imagery, I'm sure that won't give me nightmares.

Yes, she lives in Canada and also yes If she really wants help she would get it. But the problem is that a mental health professional would see thru her "I'm a self diagnosed depressive" bullshit really fast (same way as with Spoony).

I mean, Warthog clearly does have SOMETHING mentally wrong with her. Not sure what it is, but a shrink might not be the worst idea.

There are services like Blue Cross to help out with things like medication costs though, if your job doesn't cover that already. And I hate to say it, but the kind of money she's making from the government is more than I get from working, and yet i'm still able to pay for my SSRIs (and food, shelter, and my vehicle) without issue, and i'm extremely low on the income bracket. I think mine are about $110 CND ($83 USD) a month.

This is my guess. It's likely more beneficial for her to stay in her current condition. This way she has an excuse to stay on government services and not have to get a job.

If she goes to a shrink, they would tell her it's not healthy to spend so much time obsessing over a washed up internet celebrity. She claims she loses sleep, has nightmares, and gets physically ill stressing out about Noah.
