Maybe when it comes to the grunts.

It's an interesting question if the fraud is proved in court who actually goes down for it. Not the low-level grunts who din kno nuffin. Not the top-level people like Biden and Harris. I'd guess it would be some mid-level operative who told the low-level grunts what to do and who swears that Biden and Harris were not consulted because they were honorable people who'd have stopped such terrible malfeasance. They'll get a few years in Club Fed and then a lucrative career in the Democrat media as a commentator in gratitude for them essentially taking a bullet for the people above them. Kind of like Oliver North in reverse.

so rudy is expanding his allegations when the court presses him? is he giving good examples?
The court is listening intently, currently. The examples that have been given aren't anything regulars to this thread are unfamiliar with, so they're decent.

The motion to dismiss is, per Rudy, based on an argument of lack of/no standing.

Rudy is wrapping up.

So, this is probably the start of a process that's going to take weeks, right?
We don't have a lot of those before the EC convention...

I wouldn’t say 2000 is comparable to this as that hinged upon a few hundred vote gap in the state of Florida, the winner of which would win the presidency. The gap was small enough that a recount changing the winner wasn’t out of the realm of possibility. Biden’s lead in the five contested states are all much higher than the 2000 Florida gap and the odds of recounts flipping multiple states is very far fetched to the point it’s safe to say Biden has won.

Currently, it appears Rudy is largely making assertions that he'll substantiate properly only if asked to.
Which is the proper thing to do, this is a hearing on a motion to dismiss. You only give enough to defeat the motion here. Anything more is handing the other side what you have for them to start working against without having to.

You're very uninitiated to what's been transpiring.

I'd bet they turn that shit off during their hearings specifically to mislead congress. Any other day he'd be flagged out the ass. If any of you have twitter accounts go post some of the keywords and you probably won't get dispooted right away like usual.

They're probably fucking with him right back because it announced it as a 'twitter test'
