An argument this bad should not reach any judge and any lawyer who argues this unironically should be disbarred for shaming the profession. If the hearing wasn't fixed, the democrats would be shitting themselves.

You know it would really be something if the judge rules that a recount is necessary. Though I think this would mostly be a delaying tactic - recounting without binning the illegal votes won't change anything.

Right now the Judge is probably on the line to the Biden/Harris campaign asking for advice.

His defense was completely idiotic, from claiming that you can't prove that rigging the elections caused any harm, literally claiming that PA law doesn't recognize voter disenfranchisement (aka "stop being angry, serfs, you don't have the right to complain." Good luck with that shit buddy.) to just claiming that all precedent doesn't apply without giving any actual reasons why it doesn't apply. And claiming that just because they changed the laws by county that doesn't mean they broke Equal Protection law... the law that says you can't change laws by county. It has been nothing but insanity, it is glorious.

That lawyer just started rising his voice like a fucking lunatic and dropping emotional argument after emotional argument alongside copious ad hominems while overacting to hell and back for no reason, he just does that naturally apparently. The dems must've grabbed a literal autist to represent them 'cause even the judge had to tell him to stop moving because he was fucking his mic, and he answered the equivalent of "I'm not moving you're moving" (couldn't get the exact words but yes, he literally accused the judge of being the one who was moving... Which makes no fucking sense.)

Yeah looking at Canada's elections it seems Trudeau has somehow managed to win fair and square while under some of the fairest election laws out there, which if anything just serves to show that you can't cure stupid and some countries just need a good nuking.
