I mean... Ever heard of the Iberian Peninsula? I think we haven't fought a single war that wasn't of attrition over here either. We may not have ice but we have caves full of assholes that ambush you every 7 seconds instead!

Well except the 8th siege of Setenil, that had nothing to do with attrition. But to be fair no one was prepared for that fucking nonesense.

Setenil is a village in cadiz. Its name literally means "Septem Nihil", as in "7 failures" because the moors managed to resist 7 long and arduous sieges of the village. But then when Ferdinand of Aragon got around to the 8th the newly established Marquis of Cadiz just decided to pop up to help... And brought with him his new toys. He had just forged what were literally the best artillery cannons at the time (a type of Bombarda)... Yeah both the moors and Ferdinand expected another battle of attrition. But that ain't what happened. What happened was the Marquis screamed "fire" and the castle was quite literally erased from the fucking map before half an hour had passed. Needless to say they surrendered soon after. It's still used as a cautionary tale of just how much technology can get out of control over here. Even the Marquis expressed his surprised at just how powerful those guns had gotten. Which is kinda fucked up but also kinda funny.

Fundamentally I think it's currently a PR battle right now on whether or not endorsing the political consequences of this pandora's box- fraud, intimidation, censorship, etc., will outweigh four more years of Trump.

The more Trump can do to (correctly) discredit this election and plant the seeds of doubt in normies' minds, the better his chances.

Who cares, Twitter is a private company, they can do whatever they want, no one is forcing Trump to use Twitter. Trump should consider himself lucky they haven't banned him yet.

If Twitter is a private company and not a public platform then they should lose all their government protections as a public platform and instead be liable for content like a private company would be.
