What do you define as the swamp?

The traditional meaning of the phrase, that predates Trump, is the sort of incestuous relationship between big business and government. By that definition, the Trump administration, which is packed full of former corporate lobbyists, is just as swampy as any past administration, if not even more swampy.

I think Trumplicans have a different definition of swamp, perhaps. Or else Trump didn't drain the swamp so much as he flooded it.

The swamp does not exist. But if it does exist, that is a good thing. No, it's not perverting governance from behind the scenes, but if it were then that would be heroic and they should be lauded.

I used to find the concept of doublethink confusing and impractical - no no no, that would never work. Now I can barely get through a conversation without someone exhibiting doublethink on some level.

And it has been pointed out multiple times by multiple sources that signature verification was not part of the GA recount. The GA was the most basic recount going and even that turned a 2k swing in favour of Trump. That's with reported fuckery with a recount that was already fucked to begin with.

The swamp is not the deep state. Or else that's a new definition.

"The swamp" has always referred to the relationship between big business and government, the "revolving door," how someone leaves DoD and immediately becomes a lobbyist for Raytheon or leaves the SEC and immediately becomes a lobbyist for the financial services industry. Trump has filled his administration with corporate lobbyists.

The swamp is a phrase that's been around long before Trump.
