They all have ties to the KS in a way. Ralph (obviously), Dyer, because of being Andy's former cohost, and Hassle, I assume from Dick. Both have appeared on KS, but really didn't seem to be a fit (to me anyway).
As to the Fuentes comparison, Ralph is a bit stooped so he could be taller with better posture and I've seen rumors before that Fuentes has lifts (no idea if that's true).
