To be fair, I think the judges might really weight on the election mostly because of the whole "pack the court at all costs" thing.
Maybe. I'm pretty sure most justices aren't fond of that, or I haven't heard anything about the justices saying something about it themselves. Didn't RBG say she was against it? I just know that court packing is a pet project for Democrats (one of many that I pointed out earlier), and it's something that'd Democrats will push through once they have control of Congress with Biden/Harris in the White House.

Court packing has been hugely unpopular each time it was brought up. Not even FDR, at the height of his popularity, tried to push it through.

The only thing is likely to be "special" is how voting info and ballots are handled. From what I was told the NYC BOE just made shit up last November and this year. Also revealing is how workers with years of experience were locked out of working early voting because they'd be the ones who would immediately notice something isn't right.

In New York the Board of Elections isn't a state agency, it's a partisan one. Lest you think the parties are happy with it they're not. It will probably become a state agency in the near future but who knows if that will make it less susceptible to fraud.
Given De Blasio and Cuomo are in a dick measuring contest over who hates Trump more, that looks like a scene where you're better walking away and letting it burn and only coming back to see what rises from the ashes.

Ostensibly it's to pay for staff and the various equiptment/facilities that staff would use. Government doesn't happen by magic or for free. In fact, it's very expensive.
What has happened is that Congress has refused to give the Biden team any money to do any of the transition prep work, which Congress doesn't have to do until Trump either concedes or until Congress formally certifies the Election; but the Democrats and Lugenpresse want to pretend that it'll take three whole months to get Biden's team up to speed and that any time between November 3rd and Janurary 21st not spent on setting up a Biden presidency will cause millions of deaths or something.

The reality is that most of the government doesn't give a shit who exactly is the President. It's like the Government Shutdown. Remember that? Congress says no more money, so what does the Government do? It... uhh... keeps going. Because it doesn't really care if Congress says no, or if the President is fighting with Congress. The country functions with or without any given politician's approval - for better or for worse. But Biden right now isn't part of the government, and it's important that Trump keeps him out because once the Biden team establishes themselves, forcing them out of various clearances and automatic fundings will be difficult.

Honestly I find the notion that Biden would need from here unto january to slowly transition just to get accomodated fucking hilarious. Hey remember when I talked about spanish corruption? No. Well here's a refresher:

Only thing spanish politicians get when being sworn in is to come in the day after the prior guy took his things and hopefully find the building empty. Usually they get the bags full of shredded papers left by the last guy as a welcome gift too. Such as in this photo which was taken in Madrid by the coming government:

Yeah, they don't even need to shake hands. I mean, the presidents do due to ceremony, but nothing else. Don't let the door hit you on the ass when going out! Hope you like NOT seeing anyone there to welcome you on your first day! out and in, good luck with the mess getting dropped on your lap 'cause you're going in raw.

And this bastard's asking for 2 whole frigging months just to accomodate? I mean I know american politics are a mess. But have you seen spanish politics? They're an unrelenting dumpsterfire! If our retards in charge can find the hose on their own I doubt yours would have a lot more issues unless the deep state's so truly entrenched you gotta have fucking meetings to get to know who's connected where just to operate the fucking country. In which case you might wanna get that tumor cut already.

Kamala/Hillary/Pelosi would murder him if he did though.

I'm hoping for Biden conceding via dementia gaffe by accident. Can you imagine the mess as the DNC now has to prove it isn't a real concession because he's incapable due to mental issues? It would be the perfect salting, and honestly, with how often he uses that word and his mental condition, it's not that unlikely for him to mess up asking Trump to concede and mindfucking himself into conceding.

This is entirely John Roberts's doing. As Chief Justice, he is responsible for deciding these assignments.

John Roberts? Let's see... Ah, a Bush appointee. Yeah he was probably sporting a hardon the size of his forearm while writing that list.

How many of you magatards are literally crying about Trump losing?
You see, here's something I don't get.

The long term benefit for content for Trump winning, especially now when people think he is trying to undo an election and finally crown himself Hitler 2, is monumentous over the 3 weeks you get over Trump voters pissing about a loss.

The most funny thing Biden can do is die of old age.

Either from an accelerationist or troll's standpoint, it really is not a good investment.

In other news, want to know why they tried to change the rules of the recount in Wisconsin.
View attachment 1739752
Because they can throw out ballots extremely easily if they don't follow procedure. And by the looks of it, they are following the rules with regards to observers.
View attachment 1739756
Wisconsin also has some fairly beastly laws about both observers and who gets to do this. I doubt it will outright flip it, its gonna need to go to the WISC to have THEM be pissed first, but it will -narrow- that margin.

FDR didn't have to go through with it, though. The threat of court packing was enough to get him the supremacy clause. He got what he wanted from the SCOTUS and let them be.

The sad fact is, it's very very easy to intimidate the supreme court.
Which is why slapping direct elector selection on the table was something Trump did early. Counter-intimidation. "They can pack the court, we can cause -massive- unrest. Perhaps do your jobs and avoid this."
