i know thats an issue for appeals but j dont know if that applies to scotus.Worried. The SCOTUS can only look at evidence that was presented, right? If they prevent them from presenting the evidence, they can't look at it.
If he somehow pulls this off the 4D Chess meme will just be apart of history.
Randos making empty threats on twitter will not sway the SC, no.SCOTUS members aren't machines, they're actual human beings. Twitter libtards are making clear they want rehabilitation camps (or worse), for Republicans. This can't leave them indifferent. I mean, if we automatically counted RBG as a a permanent upvote for anything crapped by a Democrat President, why shouldn't we assume the same the other way around?

it's already part of history. The 2016 election is still surprising given how stacked the odds were against Trump. He was not supposed to win by any means possibleIf he somehow pulls this off the 4D Chess meme will just be apart of history.
I beg to differ. Consider how many bogus narratives persist to this day:
History is a series of lies agreed upon. And there was a time and place where those lies were started, and they were started by people on purpose.
- Columbus proved the world was round in a time when everyone thought the earth was flat
- Abraham Lincoln wasn't racist
- The Germans were solely at fault for WW1
- Joe McCarthy went after Hollywood commies who dindu nuffin because he was a big poopyhead meanie
- Drumpf called white supremacists "very fine people" and colluded with Russia
Sure, most of them are idealistic useful idiot NPCs, but that's a feature, not a bug.
And you use the term "conspiracy"; well, I know it's your attempt at a thought-terminating cliche, but you're not technically wrong. All you need for a "conspiracy" is: two or more parties, working in tandem, to do something illegal or illicit. That is not a high hurdle.

look at the snide comments from judges who ruled against trump.
but who knows how it will go? scotus will have to make large rulings against a lot of stuff in PA (if trump's team makes good arguments). it really will set the rules for future elections.
there's also a hard deadline to boot.
The thing about it is conservatives don’t have any resolve, crack under the slightest amount of pressure, and the thought of making any changes to the status quo makes them shit bricks. With the exception of Thomas, what’s there to suggest that SCOTUS justices would be any different?People are worried about the conservative justices because they tend to switch much more often than the progressive ones. Roberts siding with the progressive justices is something of a meme, and people see the Obamacare rulings as indicative of how this can go.
The Trump team's best shot in SCOTUS for PA is attacking the unconstitutionality of what the courts and SoS did, along with disregarding Alito's orders.
Hello to you as well, i am here to spread my wisdom, and the word of Jesus Christ our Lord and savior.Welcome. Old chum.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this is true (since I don't exactly disagree in the long term), but for purely selfish reasons, I'd rather Trump delay the inevitable if it means there can at least be 4 more years of my life where a global superpower isn't completely lost to corruption. Can't say I'm optimistic about how 2024 will turn out even if Trump wins this election, but if he actually carries out significant election reform, slows down immigration rates and is followed by another populist candidate, then maybe the same shit won't end up happening. Considering that it's dependent on four ifs though, I won't be surprised if you're proven right- 250 years is about what you'd expect anyway before the decline becomes really obvious. It quite frankly isnt gonna change anything who ends up winning, Trump or Biden same shit is gonna happen
You mean RBG?? HAHAHAHARhetorical question but....what happens if one of the Justices decides to have a little "accident" before they take up any case Trump has?
Dick Cheney’s daughter, really clarifies that last sentence. No brakes on the lawfare train.
If it's one of the conservative justices and and the court is deadlocked then the original ruling from the lower court stands.Rhetorical question but....what happens if one of the Justices decides to have a little "accident" before they take up any case Trump has?
