Here is something to think about while doomering: The left are the masters of being proactive, they have initiative and inertia for days and rarely ever have a problem getting started or taking action on something. The right is the exact opposite here, taking forever and a day to begin considering the possibility of starting.

When it comes to being REactive though, again we find an inverse. The left is slow to react, a lumbering hambeast using disorganized lines of command where by you suggest more than lead. The right though loves it hierarchies, acknowledging those above them for quite a ways of a line of succession. They react quickly, easily, and often with mechanical precision.

Consider this in light of the election, the left has initiative and inertia. They have stolen the election, they have the executive branch (possibly), they... utterly bungled the job and made both how they do it and that they did it abundantly clear while failing to grab anything in the state elections.

Who then has the advantage here?

You are thinking of this quite wrong, and dare I say kinda idiotically. The left ignores all rules which it can fudge at the time.

This is not one of them.

It sets out what they have to do beforehand. Creating a situation which they cannot fudge.

And if you deny that, you deny base reality. Ohio and Florida both instituted these rules... and do you see us complaining about anything there?

So, how do we know an actual transparent recount will result in a Trump win in places like Georgia? Perhaps the Dems bought enough time to forge some 5-6 figure number of ballots so they won't be rejected.

What exactly is the SCOTUS strategy? My impression is that Trump wants SCOTUS to invalidate the result in PA and have the state legislature/House decide. Will a decision like this apply to other states?

Importantly however DeSantis sacked a bunch of people who were in charge of Florida's problem counties, particularly Broward. I can't speak for Ohio but as long as the people who run things are still there I have low confidence levels. Forgive me if I don't think the same people running the same shop won't be able to come up with some other cockamamie scheme.

Simply put, because they can't. Ironically, having the recount first kinda nuked the whole "make more ballots" thing. It means we all know -exactly- the number of ballots there are. The question now is "how many are legit". And that requires signature verification and... well, they can't really do much to obfuscate THAT.

The SCOTUS strategy is as yet undetermined, put simply... nobody knows because they haven't said.

It also sets a precedent that the other states can lean on if they choose to follow the same route.

No guarantee they will, of course.

Who TRIED to obfuscate things, but because of the new rules were forced to do it basically in the open, giving the slow moving conservatives clear cut proof of what they did and enough to sack the officials without fuss.

The surprise makes sense to happen on December 13th rather than doing it now. If there is a plan, he would want to do it so close to the deadline that there is no time to appeal or give any hope to the left.

This is what the old right wing cuck themselves towards, being easily influenced by women and girl power and all that bullshit. I notice and maybe there is a correlation that some of the biggest RINOS have a lot of daughters that end up as liberals wanting to bring in more immigrants or fuck up FOX News or whatever. You don't see this shit in Russia or Iran or Pakistan or Poland or Congo or Vietnam.
