Conservatives just like to assume good faith when no such assumption is warranted. It's partly faith in humanity, but it's also a sad devotion to the status quo that holds them back from striking when they should.
I'm going to grab this one as an example, but everyone who keeps saying that the Right needs to rise up would do well to keep the following in mind:

The American Revolution did not kick off overnight, it was a long buildup of tensions and animosity, damned near a century-long, in fact. They had their faggots who said that nothing was ever going to happen back then, too. They had long discussions in the taverns over wither they should seek independence or simply proper British citizenship in the same way we debate restoring the Constitution or following Daddy Hitler's example. The Right isn't going to rise up and strike simply because it is an advantageous time to do so, they are going to wait until every other option has been taken off the table in the admittedly vain hope that maybe, just maybe, this trainwreck can be averted.

That said, yes, the gist of what you are saying is accurate. As it stands, Trump's options are:
1: Get enough votes thrown out to flip enough States to win, Trump Wins.
2: Get States' results thrown out in their entirety on the grounds of the election being compromised beyond salvage, thus leaving the (Republican-leaning) State legislatures to pick electors, Trump Wins.
3: Get States' results thrown out, and an injunction placed against the States sending electors, putting Trump on top, and because the specific wording is by electors appointed, not max possible, Trump Wins
4: The Senate refuses to certify the results, throwing the thing over to the House State Delegation, which leans heavily Republican, Trump Wins

And those are just the options that are 1: legal and 2: have been done before.

5: CROSS THE RUBICON

I wish to remind everyone that Crossing the Rubicon is absolutely 100% legal. President Trump, thanks to the Insurrection Act -- which congress updated, thinking it would Obama and then Clinton having this weapon -- has the power to quash any conspiracy that violates a civilian's rights (that isn't being resolved by local government) by any means necessary. That means he can declare the vote rigging a conspiracy to harm the citizens' right to vote and send in the militia -- which is anyone male in the country who answers his call.

Doing so is absolutely legal. There's a reason they were desperate to get him to invoke it during the Summer; I suspect they wanted a case where they could send it to the SCOTUS and have it limited in some fashion.

Now, I've earned the 🌈🌈🌈s I'm gonna get, so let me just say if he does it -- he won't -- then we're
  1. Effectively in a civil war
  2. In the BEST or WORST timeline.

Alright. I'm seeing plenty of both thought processes here and other sites, and it's tiring to see so many people act like the status quo will always continue unabated.

Make no mistake. Any counter government forces (left or right) must realize to win against the establishment will require destruction of the current hi tech order. As I've put more thought into the Rubicon Option, I've started to think of it as a less and less terrible option. The primary concern back when the full implications hit us was that Trump could seize power in perpetuity, but I'm starting to consider that option less likely. Despite what Hogan and Friends say, most of the people who would answer such a call are not sycophants for Trump, but rather devoted to the Constitution, and the Constitution says that a man gets only two terms. In the event of a successful Rubicon Crossing, I would expect a loud and clear message of "Okay, you got your two scoops. If you go back for thirds, you will McFucking regret it. We just burned this country to the ground for the sake of the Constitution once, don't think we won't do it again."

No, they just rightfully think the right wing doesn't have it in them to fight back. The right has constantly backed out at every challenge from the left and let them completely take over for one reason or another. And that's not even getting into stuff like a boogaloo which, outside of some people, has a very low chance of going through, since people can say all they want online, but when push comes to shove most don't want to potentially die fighting against a military that would easily flatten their towns. They've managed to actually get some backbone, so let's see how far it can last.

Dominion Vote Machines have a system called RCV. It's for third world shitholes that vote differently than us in the West, where you pick your top X picks of winner and it gives them points values or somesuch crap. If it's enabled, you'll see fractions of a vote going to one candidate or the other.

It's the ONLY WAY you see Fractions of a vote in Dominion voting machines. Because, you know, fractions. Which would be intentional software manipulation of the vote totals, or (best case scenario) them fucking up the configuration and it accidentally fucking the vote totals. The latter of which would be caught by an audit, I believe.
