Wisconsin would be the most likely one. The numbers at face value are very close, and if we get the recounts and audits done properly, then I think WI is Trump's.

I think that Michigan would have a good chance if PA flips, considering the absolute batshit fuckery that has been going on there (very similar to PA's nonsense). Michigan GOP members just need to get their heads out of the sand ... And maybe they actually will if PA flips.

Nevada is having a lot of stuff exposed, too. Looks like the Nevada GOP is determined to get to the bottom of this.

Arizona may finally undergo a full audit if PA flips.

Georgia is a fucking mess, and I'm not holding my breath for it. Kemp is useless. If Georgia flips, it will only be because Kemp was pressured to get things done right after literally every other swing state has flipped first and Trump wins anyway regardless of GA results. lol.
Rate me late but I just saw it. AZ GOP filed another lawsuit yesterday. There is a court hearing scheduled 11/30.

They want to review a sample of mail in ballots:

I honestly thought they were gonna lie down and take it.

Looks like they hired a different law firm for this one too.

No. Just no.

If Biden wins he will implement "protocols based on epidemic containment" which will make it impossible to have any meaningful observing or auditing of the votes and the only way to challenge any electoral result from that point on will be violence. It will be the death of american democracy. I've been saying that from the start and you all know I'm fucking right. A Biden win will kill the electoral process. He wouldn't be the first one, he won't be the last one. This has happened before and will happen again.

THIS IS YOUR FUTURE IF BIDEN WINS:

AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA JUST HOW MUCH IT WILL HURT YOU.
Did the Spanish actually use their Flu (the 1919-1921 one) to implement that sort of BS? Edit: Clarity

How long have Fox News hosts been chimping out, saying repeatedly, "Where is the evidence? I'm not going to let any discussion of fraud continue without evidence."
Well, here today at this hearing there was an abundance of evidence presented and those motherfucks couldn't even be bothered to air the damn thing.

That's intentional. Even Based Dilbert Merchant pointed this out a few times. "Watch as we don't find any evidence of wrongdoing because we didn't look and silenced anyone who tried to tell us otherwise."

Hello fellow bitter clingers

This hearing today in PA should have happened 10 days ago

Same with Michigan, Wisconsin, and Georgia

Unlike the media and state officials, the 5 fascists on the supreme court arent gonna ignore today's testimony

Yup. There was some stumbling early on. I suspect Trump had some NeverTrumpers involved trying to hamstring the response to the election. The mass firings he did seemed to help, as did dragging his entire legal time together and segmenting them out. For example, having Powell off doing her own thing while Trump et all target constitutional challenges, which the originalists are going to appreciate.

According to Barnes, it wasn't Never Trumpers per se, but rather establishment types that just wanted to put on a show about getting something done. Apart from them, there were also people compromised by Q (such as Powell), grifters, and those who saw this as going out in a blaze of glory to begin with.

You know, it would be a hell of a season ending if American Hispanics wind up being majority driven to the GOP due to the Democrats' inability to not say stupid shit like this.
Hispanics were the major force against prop 16 and the current head of the CA GOP is Hispanic. There is potential for a switch here.

No surprise since there was a tweet on the Donald that the management hates GEOTUS but the audience loves GEOTUS.

The State legislator is ‘fake’?

Wut.
I can see where they're coming from.

The hearing was structured much more as a public forum than a hearing, where you'd make the testifiers give a specific, directed account under oath. Here, they had a schedule of people, but no oath as far as I can tell and it was much more them stating their grievances, legitimacy notwithstanding. The mood of the hearing also doesn't invoke the standard impression of a hearing I myself have.
