If Roberts is being pissy now it just signals that the five conservative justices have their backs to the wall already so they have nothing to lose. His dissent is just “it’s too early, trust the government to do the right thing” and the two Obama stooges go “you aren’t in the red or orange hazard zones so you can’t file for relief, eat the bugs”

There are moments in the courts history where they really establish themselves as the third branch to balance out, and I think the five conservatives are looking to make that happen again. You can just see in the writing that if they court won’t stand up for something as simple as religious freedom now, the easiest thing that should be 9-0, what’s the point?

And I hope Trump immediately invokes the insurrection act if any of the justices are harmed or threatened, that’s what worries me the most right now, some real Vince Foster shit as a final stop.
Honestly, the fact that it’s a 5-4 split really has me hard to find optimism because it means that unless you’re a hardliner, it’s always a coin flip. And I’m pretty sure death is the only reason any justice will leave the bench because a vacancy could mean another Trump appointment before he leaves office, and he could screw any attempt to pack.

so just say lion party. type it out.

"are you in the lyin party?"

"yup im in the lion party"

"ha! so you admit you're liar?"

"what? how do you figure?"

and then they have to explain their homophone joke and you go "i dont get it, its the lion party"

and then they leave because you dont give a fuck about optics.
That’s genuinely pretty great, however I don’t quite think it’d have the same effect outside of text.

Thinking about other potential options, my favorite is the Tiger Party, just for the obvious twist that they couldn’t use. “What are you, part of the Ni- wait fuck

...Though, considering the left in 2020, they’ll just say it anyway.

That Sydney Powell lawsuit is very well written and full of citations to cases to show that what is being alleged is illegal. The most interesting part of it is that Governor Kemp and Secretary of State Raffensberger rushed through the implementation of Dominion voting machines in a way that seems extremely suspicious. In fact, it may even be illegal because they did the paperwork quickly and missed details like dates on signatures. There's also the issue that the US Constitution gives the legislature the power to decide on election law and neither the governor nor the SoS are 'the legislature'.

Between the Georgia Kraken, the Michigan hammering, the consequential Pennsylvania hearing yesterday, the SCOTUS finally bitch slapping Cuomo, DeBlasio and Roberts, there will be so many miserable leftist fucks this Thanksgiving Day.
Fuck them. Turkey tastes like shit with too much salt.

Sadly, most leftist fucks won't even know anything's happening. The legacy media isn't covering any of this.

It's not until one of the states flips, then you'll see reality dickslap the left again.

The calm before the storm.

Exactly. All I see on Google News and Drudge is COVID shit. Complete blackout besides a few of the usual sidebar pieces from Snopes and the usual suspects declaring all the new evidence "baseless."

Related--is there a newer, less leftwing biased Drudge replacement out there? Something that is right leaning or at least neutral that aggregates stories?

I was thinking that a lot of people will be surrounded by Biden loving relatives today who will hear nothing about Trump winning or fraud. Not in my family, thankfully. But if I did, a simple thing to ask them is this: "You don't have to answer now, but think on this--hypothetically, if there WAS fraud, do you think maybe it would be worth it to get rid if Trump? Like honestly, was Trump so bad that election fraud would be OK this one time?"

For a few TDS types, the answer would be an immediate yes, which makes their shittiness self evident. Most will say "of course not, Biden won fairly, you're delusional." But hours later, in the dead of the night, they will have to ask themselves" do I really think election fraud would be OK to save us from Trump?" And for a those who may be rational normies, confronting that they might could horrify them into being a bit more openminded to look realistically at the evidence and hearings that will come over the next 2 weeks and not dismiss it out of hand.

I am so fucking done with this meme. The moon is not a "staging point" for Mars. it's a waste of time and fuel that makes no worthwhile difference to the trip. A lunar-orbital fuel dump might make sense if we switched to single-stage launch vehicles, but with the current methods at play, landing on the moon to "refuel" is only going to replace the fuel you spent landing on the moon in the first place, which you will then promptly spend taking back off.
I'm sure no one at NASA thought about a reusable fueling rocket shuttling to and from the moon surface with the mars ship waiting in moon orbit or probably ten other possible solutions.

You are very smart

I keep seeing the lion come up as a sort of mascot animal for the “MAGA Party” and it annoys me every time. While it looks badass at first glance, the “Lyin’ Party” name alone makes it a genuinely horrible choice. Not sure what I’d go with instead, because I’m not quite sure if eagles could even theoretically be used as a party symbol, or there’d be some weird issues around that.
If the Democratic party can deal with having a donkey for a mascot, anybody can shoulder the good and bad of having a lion mascot.

I had the same feelings about drudge earlier this year and was recommended these, which work well:

whatfinger.com

rantingly.com (layout is very similar to drudge but not lib shit)

and if you have time here is a good recent article about Drudge not working at the site and it’s turned into skeevy Eastern European links and ads run by some lady in California

Only 42.5k likes in 7 hours?? What happened to the 300k likes in an hour? The bots are sleeping, I guess.

Why isn't cancer capitalized but Alzheimers is? Is it trademarked or something? I don't know. But, I am really curious what the fuck they're thinking saying this shit. You cunts.

Obviously, they're morally corrupt, and this isn't this first time this has been said. But this false hope, for the poor people who actually believe it, warrants the rope.

Biden in charge of cancer is like Hitler in charge of the adl.

Fareed Zakharia pointed out Trump's path to victory before the election. Also is it me or does it look like Zakharia might have had some sort of stroke or aneurism? Look how his face is asymmetric when you pause the video at the start.

Jack Dorsey will take every inch of his might not to ban GEOTUS till January 2020 or January 2024.

View attachment 1750318

If Trump gets back in does anyone think that Dorsey will be in a position to ban anyone after the 2024 election? The dude will be completely fucked for censoring people who were trying to expose a coup.

And he's the ideal scapegoat too. Going after news organizations looks bad but the DOJ could nail his ass to the cross and everyone would just think it was funny. Same with Zuckerberg.

The problem is that CNN's ratings are going in the shitter as Liberals are probably asleep right now. They don't know jackshit about Trump's lawsuits and probably see this as fear porn. The thing about white moderates is that they don't believe anyone has the balls to be bold. Except for Trump in recent years but he is officially finished since Biden was declared the winner by the corporate press.

I am still leaning towards Trump not taking any chances with the House despite Kevin McCarthy being probably the most loyal GOPe in Congress and telling the state legislatures to go down the direct appointment route anyways.

Yes.

Does that mean the Confederate flag can be shown in public again and Mississippi doesn't have to change jackshit like Georgia did?
:optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic:

I believe Mississipi already got the referendum vote and passed the legislative vote too so it seems white magnolia is gonna get put as the state flag.

And hey, at least we can take solace in knowing having "IN GOD WE TRUST" written on it has triggered the SJWs to no end. The fucking church of satan is saying they gonna sue the state for "muh white supremacy" so I'd say take your wins where you can get 'em.

Besides. Honestly... The old flag was a fucking eyesore. I ain't got nothing against confederate symbols, if anything I actually liked the "unofficial flag variant" mississipi used back then a whole lot more (though that tree seems to be done in MS Paint) but the way the jack was integrated was just jarring... Who leaves a fucking white line under the square?! I hate cantons in general but come on man at least make the lines coincide!

Fucking wish we could change Cadiz's flag already too. Ain't got nothing against the symbols, quite like 'em, although I'd like them more if they didn't also look like MS paint... I think I made my love for cadiz apparent on prior posts. But it's a fucking Seal on a Blanket. Even worse in spain we use "official flags" for use by the state and "civil flags" for use by citizens, (the legal distinction doesn't matter anymore but it's still important for ceremonial purposes) with the second just being the first without the seal, and yes, this does mean using the civil flag of cadiz is just a fucking purple blanket and that's it. Just... I just want a second color. I don't care what, some have said white bar down the middle, kinda boring but ok, others have said white burgundy cross, I actually love how that one looks, it's some kickass shit, some said a fucking nordic cross, nice enough, some wanna make it yellow and blue because of the bleepin' football team sure I don't care I just want a flag that's not just a fucking blanket!

In other news, SCOTUS ruled 5-4 to tell Cuomo and DeBlasio that they can't lock down churches or synoguages, with Roberts cucking as usual.

I'm starting to think that Ginsburg was supposed to be alive for their plan to be airtight for the courts.

Imagine basing your entire coup d'etat on the failing health of a Cancer Patient that was expected to croak it almost 4 years ago now.

Hubris is a hell of a drug.

The nightmare scenario would be the electoral college deadlocks and it goes to a contingent election and then the media harass enough state delegation heads into switching their vote to Biden.

Mind you the interesting thing about a contingent election is that you don't have a figurehead who could be harassed. It seems like each state gets one vote and that is decided by a vote among the state's representatives. Which could easily be a secret ballot.

Hubris is a hell of a drug.

Speaking of hubris a lot of Democrats tried to get RBG to resign when Obama was POTUS and had the Senate votes to replace her. She apparently wanted to wait until Hillary was POTUS so a woman POTUS could replace a woman SCOTUS judge. The end result is that once Hillary lost, the SCOTUS justices could be confirmed with a simple majority thanks to the Democrats setting the precedent for cabinet appointments and she died they lost the seat.

It was hubris to get rid of the filibuster for cabinet appointments too - it opened up the GOP to do the same for the Supreme Court. Which was guaranteed to get them multiple seats. Even if RBG had managed to hang on for a few more months by not being technically dead it was still a huge problem from the Democrats that Trump got Gorsuch and Kavanaugh on the court.

Edit:

It turned out Obama actually tried to get RBG to step down. He had lunch where he raised the possibility of losing control of the Senate.

https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/25/us/politics/rbg-retirement-obama.html

Mr. Obama had asked his White House counsel, Kathryn Ruemmler, to set up the lunch so he could build a closer rapport with the justice, according to two people briefed on the conversation. Treading cautiously, he did not directly bring up the subject of retirement to Justice Ginsburg, at 80 the Supreme Court’s oldest member and a two-time cancer patient.

He did, however, raise the looming 2014 midterm elections and how Democrats might lose control of the Senate. Implicit in that conversation was the concern motivating his lunch invitation — the possibility that if the Senate flipped, he would lose a chance to appoint a younger, liberal judge who could hold on to the seat for decades.

But the effort did not work, just as an earlier attempt by Senator Patrick Leahy, the Vermont Democrat who was then Judiciary Committee chairman, had failed. Justice Ginsburg left Mr. Obama with the clear impression that she was committed to continuing her work on the court, according to those briefed.

In an interview a year later, Justice Ginsburg deflected questions about the purpose of the lunch. Pressed on what Mr. Obama might think about her potential retirement, she said only, “I think he would agree with me that it’s a question for my own good judgment.”
