She's not pretending it didn't happen, she doesn't want to be associated with the character anymore and she has zero intention of coming back.

That server is pretty much dead, I tell ya. It is kinda pitiful, with her entire current fanbase on full lockdown, watching out for any antis trying to infiltrate (lul).

"Full lockdown?" Not really, she recently opened up her primary Twitter account and the link to the fan Discord is in her Fanbox. Also, it's a good thing MASS is pretty much dead because those fuckers are creeps.

Now obviously when he says he "advocated for translating responsibly" he means he screamed down at new translators and tried to act like some god-king authority on the matter, as we saw in previous screenshots. As far as that second screencap, trying to deny Matsuri is having "issues" with that just sounds like the ravings of someone in denial. I'm guessing he doesn't like the fact that she may like a woman over his alpha-male self, so he's gonna try and shoot it all down despite a good handful of other translators confirming it.

....but they must be the 'irresponsible' ones he was alluding to in the first tweet, right?

I've been out of the loop for a while and yeah, she always seemed like the most unstable out of the bunch, but Hololive's got a good track record when it comes to scouting talent so far and I'm sure they've got managers around to wrangle the more cowish ones.

Which gets me to my next point, I pretty much only got back to this thread because I've heard that the indie EN scene, which seems like the perfect breeding ground for VCows, is forming some sort of agency or something which will hire some of the indies as their first gen. Can I get a quick rundown on that? I've also heard that there's been a lot of indietards going full lolcow with their dumb drama so if someone could spoonfeed my lazy ass... that'd be great.
I'm only acquainted with that recent Melody drama and from what I understand it was due to some ownership of the character bullshit, so nothing that really interests me.

Some Yagoo cheap clone decide to open a agency with the top indie vtuber he could fin aka Nyanners, Zentraya,Melody and others that i dont remember the name, the thing is a entire recipe for a disaster

Edit: Someone was asking if Hololive was going to play PS02, like always the guinea pigs are the first to test the water in this case Iofi has taken the duty

But that's being optimistic.
Honestly, these ChiComs are bent out of shape simply because of how Google/YouTube lists its analytics (who they should really be going after, rather than two vtubers).
But, they've demonstrated they are not smart enough to figure that out.
And it's a service they are illegally using, too.
Pretty ironic.

Hey so i'm curious, does anyone have a list on what Domo has done? All i remember was that the reason i unfollowed him was that he was being gross in Amelia's replies i think. The twitter Vtuber community seems to worship the ground he walks on, in guise of "making fun of him"

In regards to Vtubers as a whole? His ratking is one of the few spheres of influence on the EN scene; there was a DM about how he gatekept someone out of “his community.” It’s less about what he has done, and more what he represents/is in danger of becoming.

yeah, i remember that petty squabble between him and Athena. On one hand the Deer Vtuber apparantly kept begging Domo for an interview and then when Domo backed out at the last minute she threw a hissy fit and leaked their DMs in his holoslaves discord. On the other hand...yeah that whole thing about "his community" is really sus. Especially since he seemingly did not want to interview Athena for image reasons because a bunch of other EN Vtubers didn't like her for quoting Miko saying the N word. Though, in regards to Athena, it's not like i trust someone who talks about "The SJWs" in the year 2020 either. It's shitty all around.
