He still considers himself bi, he's mentioned it on interviews and Twitter occasionally. Like this from a couple months ago:

He was influenced into believing he's married to a male and a female (Magi-Chan and Cryzel), which would fit within the meaning of bisexuality. As long as that influence holds he'll still consider himself bi. The Idea Guys' programming just overwrote his old identity and phobia over dicks, but in terms of physical attraction, he's still not actually bi, so he won't push it much further. If he got amnesia and forgot everything they told him, he'd go right back to identifying as lesbian and being triggered by thoughts of dicks.

It's an important point to note that (as far as I know) Chris has never been sexually attracted to actual men (or trans women, for that matter). He parades around his "bi" identity as a brag to make himself seem more diverse and interesting or whatever, when all it amounts to is him saying that he has had aura sex with Magi-Chan & co. in another dimension.
IMO a lot of people let this false aspect of Chris's identity slide, because they still sort of go along with the "Chris your gay!" messages of the early trolls.
