In other news, if you've been following Ethan Ralph's thread you would know the people have been speculating that May is now fucking Ethan Ralph. This has been all but confirmed to me. Apparently if you enhance and zoom in on May's OnlyFans selfies you can see that it's Ralph who is taking the pictures. Also Ralph has his hand on May's thigh when they are sitting together (I don't think they knew they were in frame).

A primer for anyone not in the know: Ethan Ralph has a 19-year old girlfriend/fiancee who is pregnant with his child. The baby is due at the end of May (ironic). May knows this, she was also described as a "best friend" by said baby momma.

I surely hope Digi is a mild lolcow, as he was my introduction to the entire concept. The only feeling I current get is how sad all this bullshit is. Fallen from a subtle grace, down into the pits. It's the kind of feeling you get when some people just didn't ever get the parental guidance to become normal (whatever that means to you). They say the quickest way to learn is to fail but no doubt the second quickest way to learn is to see others fail; and I have learned a lot.

I can see that there is still some attempt to make KHANTENT into a profitable venture, but it's also clearly haunted by Digibro's (NOT DIGI HIMSELF) ghost. Youtube doesn't promote his channel and what makes anyone think that the algorithm or someone at YT didn't set a checkbox to downplay any content containing him.

I just want Nate and the others to seperate from Digi. It's killing their future being business associates with a human timebomb. I hope one day this thread will die out, with Digi just fading into the ether, as my hope for him recovering from all this an absolute zero.

I went through and clipped some of May's appearance on Phantom Organization's stream that played highlights from Ethan Ralph's stream. Not all of her appearances on either streams but the stuff I found to be the funniest.

tl;dw: May gets whitegirl-wasted and makes a fool of herself. She may be one of the most annoying girls I have ever seen. At one point she literally shrieks at the top of her lungs in a crowded bar. On at least 2 separate occasions she delivers some of the most slurred rantings I have ever witnessed. May honestly acts like a college freshman girl going to her first frat party. She ends up puking on Ralph near the end of the stream. It isn't caught on camera but the last clip is Ralph trying to cover it up.

Overall very funny. My favorite part is May slur-yelling "I love anime and freeze peach" into the camera.

Digi and Nate actually have a great view count for the size of their channel, often making more than 50% of their subscribers into view. I mean, for smaller channels, the percentage of views to subscribers tend to be higher than bigger channels, but they are ok anyways. Here are some observations

• Only two videos with more views than subscribers. They are in dire need for a 'hit' to actually grow. Guess Digi shouldn't have killed his channel with the whole clusterfuck of change of names, trooning, awful music and May is now Digibro saga.
• Talking about popular anime or seasonal stuff is bringing their best results.
• They need to stop giving awful titles for their videos. Clickbait isn't that good with smaller channels and their clickbait is stupid anyways. Kawaii Anime Batman? Who the fuck is going to click on that?
• The money estimative is given by socialblade.com and here is a hint: with smaller channels, their prediction is a bit optimistic and with bigger channels it is very conservative. They might get a bit more of money with ads if their fanbase is loyal enough, but I don't think they are.

I agree with the points you made, but to put it simply, these videos are too lukewarm. They're too vague and normie for the kinds of people who liked Digi's old analytical videos, and too niche for a general audience. They can't really lean into their humor, either, because neither of them are particularly funny. They feel too "marketed" to fit into meme culture.

yeah. i can't quite put my finger on why, but i haven't been impressed with anything i've sat through on the channel so far (granted i haven't seen that many) even as a fan of digi's old "finish or fail" and weekly anime series which are pretty similar in concept.
on top of that, the branding is dogshit. i think they have got a bit better at thumbnails but the logo sucks and the name "khantehnt" itself is just super cringey. i almost instinctively close the tab due to cringe every time they say "khantehnt" in retarded voices. i think they tried too hard when trying to appeal to normies with the brand and just ended up more cringe than usual. the channel is always going to struggle, nothing about its branding would inspire me to click on it if i didn't have prior knowledge of the people behind it, it all feels too sanitised and lacking any flair.

I'm quite partial to the name "Khantehnt" though, even though I forget the H near the end. I kinda like it. I honestly think this would work way better with some slick graphics only representation of them, without the facecam. Or just a podcast.
