I haven't heard of de-boning a leg. Skinning a leg or arm for the skin is pretty common though.

bone grafts commonly come from the lower leg bones, they are used in many surgeries. Bone damage that is significant and occurs in a single injury has the same healing trajectory: there are cells that detect the bone injury, and in response the body builds a lot of bone very quickly. The body builds more bone than is really needed so there is a lump for awhile. Then other cells pare the lump of new bone down to the size and shape that its supposed to be.

edited to add: patients can walk just fine, the bone will be sore for awhile. The lower leg bone has two bones, and one of the two bones carries a lot less of the load of weight than the first bone in normal circumstances (so walking). bone grafts aren't the full thickness of the bone or anything either, they just take out a chunk and then shape it for whatever purpose is needed.

I don’t know if you mean literally the other two leg bones though. Either way I could walk around the day after that surgery. It would hurt if I overdid it, but after a month or so I couldn’t tell anything was done to that area at all.

Also why tf would you take scissors to your body parts, even on doctor orders. They’re not sterile, medically sharp, probably hard to get a good angle on, just ergh. I mentioned the Realself site before, and maybe I’ll brave it again to find some choice posts.

So those are the names. Either way I’m still not sure why a GRS procedure would need bone. I’m sure people can enlighten me. Some animals do indeed have bones in their dicks but humans do not. Because the doctors they go to are hacks and it's not like the trannnies actually have working nerve endings on this butchery. Or it's already close to rotting so any new bacteria isn't going to make it worse.
