I'd honestly say it's a borderline case. Although I didn't see any of the officers with guns out - and if they'd had them out, I'm sure Ethan would have said something by now - they did cuff him immediately so there was a clearly elevated level of suspicion due to what the caller must have stated. It was certainly a bigger deal than that one time he had officers sent to his house about six months ago and posed for a picture with them after being instantly cut loose, though he was probably never in actual danger.

If Ethan is smart, he will directly speak to the local police department of wherever he's staying for Road Rage and make it clear that his rental will be hosting a bunch of streamers that are likely to be a target of spurious calls, and will do this as soon as he gets home this week.
