Don't know 'bout realism/detail/scale/etc... but when I was a little kid, I had one of these:
No electric motors and synthetic steam sound here. TRUE and HONEST puffing steam power.
You filled this lady with distilled water, fired her engine up with dry fuel tablets, and off she went, going round and round on the floor, maybe for 15 minutes or so before she ran out of water/fuel. One had to be careful with the speed setting though. Too fast, and she would jump out of the track.
She ran for years. At some time we tried to upgrade to a propane burner (instead of fuel tablets), but this wasn't so great, it packed a little bit too much power actually, and once, when my dad and I ran our train, the valve of the little onboard propane tank went kapow and we had a nice little propane fire right in our attic. A wet towel extinguished everything, though.
But that locomotive, it survived even this (near-)disaster. It ran for some more years (again on dry fuel), until finally the boiler began to leak and couldn't be repaired. This was the end of the little puffing lady... but her life was one hell of a sweet steam ride!
I hope Shaner will never get his hands on one of these, it would be wasted on such a traincow.

I really do love foamers.
Imagine if someone who was already a manchild started going through a midlife crisis. Such a logic defying paradox is how the foamer is created.
Sonic the Hedgehog is currently creating autism in children in modern times, but for the past generation of autists, there wasn't a fixation on a Blue Hedgehog going fast but instead there was a fixation on large trains going fast.
The typical foamer innocently enough started foaming as a young 5 year old when he first heard the "Choo Choo" of a large train and watched in awe and amazement as it went past him. Unfortunately 5 years pass, then 10 then 15 then 30 then even 50 years can pass, and even though the foamer accepts that Santa isn't real, that he needs to pay bills and taxes and that he wants to have sex with something that isn't a train, he still can't stop foaming. The foamers obsession with trains becomes borderline sexual which causes them to trespass onto private property to take pictures of their beloved trains. To foamers, these pictures are their pornography.
Even knowing all that, Leonard is a cut above the rest. He transcends being a foamer in the same way another beloved autist transcended simply being another sonic fanfic author. You're in special company when you get banned from an establishment, try to trespass back into it all while you're slandering that establishment and claiming they discriminate against people with autism.

Leonard made that account and joined pages like "Young Girls Like to Strip Naked" and "Silk Stockings Entertainment" so I can only shudder at the thought of what he was trying to do with that account. Also, can someone explain the Criminal Docket and why the date of birth for Leonard is 1929? The only explanations I can come up with is either that's a typo, or that Len ran to his 86 year old father to stand trial for him as his guardian.

Guessing that someone in Pottstown pulled up the wrong Leonard Shaner, since he's Junior, and plugged in his dad's birth date. I'm sure it'll get fixed sooner than later.

The Andy on these boards is not Andy Muller, the owner of the Blue Mountain and Reading RR. Shaner claims to be "personal friends" with Andy Muller (Just like Christian Leinbach, and Ross Rowland, see a pattern here?). @Samson knows Muller and could fill in more on Muller's thoughts on Lenny.
Ross Rowland treats Len like a special kid, and GRACEFULLY tolerates his antics. Shaner has been caught impersonating Rowland several times and Rowland doesn't really care. Shaner has also sperged out at Ross on FB and one of the RR forums claiming to be "Jeff Jones" a fan of the Greenbrier Express project (blatantly Shaner). Ross simply pointed out that the FB page created by Shaner was not in any way affiliated with the Greenbrier project.
