Barnes was talking about Trump's mood on the VivaFrei stream the other day. He was saying that any narrative of Trump being depressed at the moment is bullshit. From the insight while working with Trump's team the guy is pretty calm and is acting upbeat about both potiential scenarios of whether or not he comes out on top of this.

He also mentioned there was something the other day that boosted Trump's spirits about pulling this off I wanna say it was something to do with the lack of signature matching but I could be wrong.
Christ, what I would give to have Trump's sports. Calm under pressure.

I'm hoping most of these retards leave once Trump officially loses, but that's probably foolish :optimistic:.

Don't worry too much about the last few pages of this thread. People are just engaging about Trump's stance on section 230 which isn't really releated to what's going on with the election at the moment in turns of lawsuits and what you have.

If you'd like to read it, I'm happy to give a bit of a state by state recap on what's going on at the moment.

Pennsylvania: It's complete and utter clusterfuck at the moment. So members of the state legislature lead by Doug Mastriano are trying to call an emergency session to reaffirm the state legislature's constitutional right to appoint electoral college electors whether or not they can pull that off remains to be seen. Beyond that the Pennslyvania GOP file a suit with SCOTUS that is trying to invailadte ballots that showed up after election and day and ballots that lack a post mark. However there's another filling that has been made to the SCOTUS that is sneaking a injunction against the Governor and Secetary of State of PA to further clarification of the PA results and if that injunction happens that would block the certification from being followed up on which I believe means that the electors picked by the SoS would be invalidated and it would fall upon the state legislature to pick electors in that case. Oh and a UPS whistleblower said that a shit ton of pre-completed ballots were delivered from New York to Pennslyvania on election day

Michigan: So there was a hearing Michigan held just like the ones held in Pensnlyvania last week and the one held in Arizona yesterday. It got off to a poor start but things turned around as it went on and it ended on a good note and it went well enough for the members of the state legislature to agree to a hearing with Rudy tomorrow night. So we will have to wait and see how that one plays out to get a good idea of where things are going in Michigan.

Wisconsin: Trump's Team just filed a suit to the Wiscosin Supreme court which seeks to challenge the validity of 220,000 ballots which is 200,000 more than the current margin of victory for Biden. Some people in this thread have said that the WSC is more likely to be favourable to trump but regardless it will most likely head to SCOTUS either way due to the fact that if Trump gets a favourable result the Democrats will most likely appeal it as they will be fearing a domino effect.

Georgia: The big thing to come out of Georgia today is that on Thursday there will be hearings like the ones held in Pennslyvania, Arizona and Michigan. It'll be interesting to see how those play out, I have heard that the state legislators were in the past putting pressure on Kemp and the Georgia SoS but I don't really know what kind of result the hearings will bring out. The only other thing I've heard from Georgia is that at about 2.05 PM EST tomorrow Sidney Powell and Lin Wood will be holding a press conference so it'll be interesting to see what they have to say, it might be in relation to the dominion machines they got the right to check out but I haven't heard much about that today so I don't really know what's going on with that or what they will have to say.

Arizona: The Arizona hearing held yesterday went really well and now it's just a matter of waiting for the Arizona legislators to call a special session in regards to the Arizona College electors. Haven't heard anything today.

Nevada: As far as I'm aware it's been pretty much radio silence from Nevada today, I do believe that there was something going on today after the Trump Team got a judge to approve them inspecting the election machines and containers used in the election.

Most developed countries reject mail in voting and where they do allow it is typically combined with photo ID requirements like in the UK where you also have to specifically request it.

But your first post was only days after joining, and you even said you found the site a few days ago at that point too- and seeing that you've also had your fair share of politisperging, you essentially included yourself in that retard grouping. A&N is also a containment board, along with Happenings and arguably Deep Thoughts, so I don't know what you expect, or why it offends you. This site will be gone soon anyway judging by the 230 sperging in the last few pages, so you'll get what you want regardless

Here is a good website for learning about practices you can engage in to achieve Trump's grace under pressure.

You're extremely optimistic. These people live to fantasize. They don't care about reality. They don't take in information. They complain about PRESIDENTIAL HARASSMENT over things like the investigation into a conspiracy to pardon, when the actual media could have set them straight if they read anything but thedonald.win

...must you be on every page? I mean, why?
Because I am giving you the facts, even though they hurt your feelings.

Here's some funny developments:
Remember how noted retard Lin Wood, who couldn't be bothered to show up to Kyle Rittenhouse's bail hearing, tweeted out some nonsense about a restraining order against getting voting machines ready for an election later this month, before he tweeted out some nonsense about that restraining order being rolled back, all before the judge made his final decision?

When the judge hadn't made a final decision, they were still on a Zoom call, and he should just have shut his mouth?

And then how the final decision was to only interfere with machines in three counties by leaving them as-is, with any actual examination of the machines to be held pending a hearing on Friday?

Well, drooling retard Lin Wood appealed that decision to the circuit court. Unless the circuit court decides they should have a hearing on the facts, whatever they decide, they're just going to remand it back to the district court. At which point a thoroughly pissed off Judge Batten is going to decide when he can reschedule the hearing.

Who knows when the hearing will occur? Who knows when it will be possible for Wood to appeal again?

Some more great stuff that people have picked up on in the Georgia lolsuit:
  1. Insane old hag Sydney Powell claims that the certification of Dominion voting machines was 'undated' in the suit. FACT: It is dated. FACT: Her exhibits have the dated certification- but the date from the bottom is cropped out. AMAZING https://twitter.com/bradheath/status/1333789738373767172/photo/2

  2. Remember that stupid 'open source intelligence report' in the exhibits that 'proved' that Iran was behind 'election fraud'? Well, it's not just factually wrong vs. a vs. the claims it makes, but openly stupid in what is included. It makes a bunch of references to Edison Research. This has absolutely no relevance to the vote counting... Edison is not involved in counting votes in any way, they're one of a few big contractors used by news outlets like the NYT that delivers unofficial results 'live'. They hire people to collect information on how the counts are going in counties across the US, they don't run the elections in any way. https://twitter.com/bradheath/status/1333961681081393156
From the retarded PA 'hearing'- one demented old man claimed that he witnessed Dominion employees doing suspicious things with voting machines in Delaware County. Big if true because Dominion machines are not used in Delaware County! https://twitter.com/daveweigel/status/1333859995218305029

From the new Wisconsin KRAKEN- Sidney Powell asked the Eastern District of Wisconsin to provide security camera records for a election facility in Detroit, Michigan. https://twitter.com/daveweigel/status/1333885782101286912

Here's an amusing insight into Trump's retardation over Section 230. This hypocritical golem has regularly had his lawyers invoke Section 230 in his favor. But for little people like Joshua Moon to use it? Absolutely unacceptable.

For 230 all they'd have to do is enforce the fucking law. Its pretty clear there's no enforcement arm of it. Yeah, its great having a law that prevents people from suing. But there's no punishment mechanism. The passive part works just fine. Its the active part that's a problem. Trump is a fucking mongoloid who doesn't understand 230. But its clear that a free and open internet's days are numbered. There's going to be a split. Sites like this will eventually have to retreat to the dark web while the mainstream internet gives the corpratists an erection as they sanitize it. We're Shadowrun, except without getting to fuck hot goth/punk elves and no cyber arms and magic. What boring bullshit.

What REALLY fucked us is Regan got rid of the fairness doctrine, which basically pushed the gas on partisianism. Now news media can spew whatever tainted feces they want without bothering to even attempt a balancing act. Keeping the doctrine in place would have lead to a less 'bought' media, which is what it was put in place to prevent in the first place. Imagine a world without partisan journos. But of course, Regan fucked all that up.

That article is written by a google employee you drooling idiot. She's literally the person google hired to advocate for laws in their favour

Most people on here lurk before registering to join. And even when they do, they still lurk, explaining the disparity between join time and account stats.

Good to see him speak without the stickers though. Zed's probably throwing fists.

Reminder that Twitter kicked it all off earlier this year by making a statement “allowing“ Trump’s post to stay up after blocking one (IIRC), as if they had the right to control what the POTUS could and could not post, and where he could post it. That was the most idiotic thing that could be done in the history of both business and the internet. Telling The President of the United States of America to shut up and actually trying to silence him are two completely different things. One is ignorable, because POTUS says whatever he wants, the other is normally corporate suicide.

Trump threatening to bring down the hammer is honestly a good response to an industry that tries to literally control the speech of the chief enforcer of the First Amendment. I get why everyone is mad but I would save most of the rage for Dorsey and Twitter. They are the source of the stupid, not Trump.
No one, including Trump, has "a right" to post shit on Twitter. It's private company with a terms of service that you agree to when you sign up. He has other options if he wants to say something.

Precisely. I'd go as far as say: "No one, ESPECIALLY Blumptdh has a **right** to post shit on twitter"

Isn't he like a billionaire or something? He should use all the money he stole from black gay trans people of color and start his own twitter (huh, as if he has the technical expertise). It'd probably turn into a Nazi congregation anyway (just like his entire cabinet. sheesh!)
Of course, no hosting company **has** to provide hosting to him. Perhaps he should create his own hosting company as well. Of course, no company **has** to sell him server equipment either ;)

Twitter is a publicly traded company.
So? The public has a will, and the public said it loud and clear that they don't want Blumpfth. The difference between Biden and Blumpfth's votes are about 6 gorillion. Sweaty, is it so hard to believe that your orange hitler lost? Cry less, dilate more.

Even the vocabulary experts at respectable publication UrbanDictionary chose this as Word of the Day:

But please, DO tell me more about what the public wants.

Actually, he does. This was implicit in Knight v Trump as his account was deemed a presidential account (rather than a personal account) used for governmental purposes.
