The women are doing an action, I am not sure what it is, but it's before the observers leave but as they are prepping to leave.
As the observers leave, they stop doing any action.
Then, the women go back to doing whatever they were doing as the observers were leaving. So if they were doing fraud, the observers literally saw them doing the same thing as they were leaving and said nothing.
So if they're doing voting fraud, they're really incompetent at it.
I know, you Qtards are not gonna buy this and even when the official explanation comes out, you guys will still deny it because the fat old conman you simp for is still grifting you, but you'll see.
