In context, he's lampooning the angry doomposting of the thread by taking it to the edgy extreme. Out of context it apparently looked like a real threat, sadly.

If you were Null, faced with legal action on a regular basis because of your identity and user traffic, and the FBI comes to you with a post under your domain, what would YOU do?

To clarify, I'm not criticising Null for banning him, just sad it came to it

What type of data did null give away though? Name, email and IP?
