This thread has lost its fucking mind. Now there's conspiracy theories of the CIA controlling a kid's car as a warning. Nigger, the CIA doesn't need to do warnings. That is movie tier bullshit.
Don't you worry, i am going to lead this thread into even bigger autism territory.

Question : Are we entering the final week or is this shit gonna go on even longer ?

Biden won more than four weeks ago bro. That was the 'final week'.

She sent a video of her and her ex-husband having sex to the woman he ex is now dating and called her a fat old whore.
Really? Holy shit
They have 3 fucking days to get it to SCOTUS. We're literally in Ace Attorney territory now. You want them to make a decision in 5 minutes right before the deadline.
The deadline is for new challenges and the fact that Alito wants to hear arguments the day after suggests it may be pushed back. The only fixed date is the inauguration on the 20th of January, everything else isn't actually enshrined in the constitution
She then perjured herself before admitting that she lied.
You know that it's not perjury to lie to the police, right? I know in your shitty country they probably cut your tongue out for doing so, but in America the police just get annoyed at best

Patience my boy.

No but for real the date the deboonkers keep quoting is the one for new cases, not for resolving the current ones, and that does include appeals. So this shit's still a long way from over. As other users keep reminding them every fucking time. Don't think this won't spill into january, 'cause it probably will. Until then...

We wait.

Also while I'm at it looking at my old berserk memes in search for that one has made me realice I should've used this fucking gem and now I'm so sad I missed my chance so I'mma just drop it here despite poor timing:

MOZGUS DID NOTHING WRONG.

Honestly, I'm starting to think that might actually be the case.

This has been a year full of freak occurrences and Trump is a notoriously lucky public figure, which is the only reason I haven't completely written off the Supreme Court as an option or the Georgia runoffs even though I still expect Biden to win.

2020 truly is the Year of the Black Swan
No I think its the year of the break down.
What regular voters got for them?
The hope the supreme court will help them.
Whats Biden and his fellow plutocratic vampire lords got going for them?
They own everything and everyone that matters. So they aint going by a hope and a prayer. They get their bets hedged for great reset.

Same for the left. They have power over culture. They have a plan to eventually win.

What you got? Hope you can fix this on broken or rigged voting machines?

Now, this is before the whole audit discovered that 11% percent of the sample was fraudulent, but holy shit, if they still cuck out after that, then the republican party deserves to fucking die.

GOPe really likes those China bulls money (that and not wanting to be on crazy bitch AOC's lists/Hillary's suicide hotline).

Just remember guys, if we get enough states thrown out such that neither candidate gets 270, it goes to Congress and the top three choices by number of electors get voted on by the House in a state delegation system (each state gets one vote)

All we need is one faithless elector after that to make the right choice for America.... and Jeb! can win.
That's not certain and there is a difference of opinion in legal circles. The Twelfth Amendment says "The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President." As we all know there's 538 electors but if Congress throws out the 20 Pennsylvania votes is the majority number needed still 270 or does it drop to 260?

The argument for 270 would be that the Pennsylvania electors had been appointed and Congress had decided not to count them so the number of Electors appointed remains at 538.
The argument for 260 would be that Congress had determined the PA Electors were not validly appointed otherwise there would have been no reason to reject the votes and so the number appointed became 518.

Surely precedent can help us? Sadly not. The last time a state's electors were thrown out was 1872. At the time there was 366 electors but Arkansas and Louisiana's 14 electors were thrown out for allegations of electoral fraud. The Journal of the House of Representatives says that the majority needed was 177 but the Journal of the Senate says the majority needed was 184. As Grant received 286 it didn't matter. After the mess of 1876, the Electoral Count Act of 1877 should have sorted it out but Congress decided to punt the issue away. It is entirely possible in a close election that the House could determine a candidate reached the majority and the Senate decide that they didn't have that majority.

I didn't ask you to come in here and ruin my dreams with your facts and logic ok?

Real talk though, you're right, though faithless electors will have significantly more power if we're looking at a very close race with a bunch of Biden electors thrown out. I think there's more chance that we're getting the grift and nothing major will happen, but I'll hold out hope I suppose. Just glad I got my 3D printer already before they make them illegal.

Arizona is most likely to cuck out. It doesn't surprise me that the election was absolutely filthy there, being the state of John McTraitor (who probably voted for Biden) and Jeff Flake, two treacherous pieces of shit who just so coincidentally absolutely despise Donald Trump.

If the US and China fought a war, which I would not advise, the US would do a lot of damage to China. Which would obviously be a terrible tragedy. Still, a lot of people considered the bombing of Germany and Japan to be a tragedy but in the long run, it worked pretty well with both becoming democratic allies and key trading partners of the US. The US economy did pretty well post WWII too.

I think you need to take the long term historical view of this sort of thing.

If the US and China fought a war, which would be a bad idea, the Three Gorges Dam would be destroyed in the first hour, which would be the end of China as we know it. That plus blockading the ports for a month or two (bomb all but one of them and then park the fleet right outside it) would lead to China running out of food pretty quickly.

They have 3 fucking days to get it to SCOTUS. We're literally in Ace Attorney territory now. You want them to make a decision in 5 minutes right before the deadline.

Wrong. They have 3 days to initiate new legal action. All existing legal action continues. The SCOTUS can take up anything at any time.

You think the Chinese care if their people starve? They had a higher kill count from starvation than the entirety of WWII because Mao really hated birds.

This has been my argument and Lin Wood has been shouting from every rooftop that clownface cunt Ronna McDaniel better get the Republicans in line otherwise people shouldn't show up to vote in the Georgia runoff.

Because if both sides act like this and are identical with one another in betraying our President, his voters, and condoning obvious fraud, it doesn't matter if red or blue hold the reigns.

So many are still stuck in this us vs them (RNC vs DNC) mindset when this election has shown the reality is us (Trump MAGA) vs them (DNC and RNC) and they're looking to hand America off to the global community in chains.

MAGApedes would never in a million years get up to any funny business at the SCOTUS, and I don't even think ANTIFA are retarded enough to just bum-rush the court.
Thankfully the Federal Bureau of Investigation is taking the rising threat of right-wing violence a little more seriously than you do. Thanks for keeping us safe, boys!

She sent a video of her and her ex-husband having sex to the woman he ex is now dating and called her a fat old whore. A chad move that only makes me like her more.
Trying to use that to dismiss her show what a bunch of pathetic desperate cucks dems are.
Yeah I'll believe that when I see the video.
