Is it confirmed to be headed to the Supreme Court?
It's on the dockett and because it's state v state it has to be heard by SCOTUS.

Supposedly Louisiana has joined as well, which is interesting because while I don't think it matters much but optics, they have a democrat Governor. And this also means more states are going to join Chad Texas.

The new talking points are that if Texas wins every state can sue every state and that's chaos. But that only would happen if states are consistently doing unconstitutional things.

Texas filed directly with the Supreme Court though it is not obligated to take the case.

With the PA case, Alito asked both sides to submit their brief by 9 pm on the 8th which makes me think the SCOTUS will rule on that too.

Epoch Times article on the Texas Case

Texas’ Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday filed an election lawsuit in the U.S. Supreme Court against Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, alleging that the states used the pandemic to unlawfully change their election laws and urging the top court to have the election results declared unconstitutional.

Paxton argued in the filing (pdf) that the states used the outbreak of the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus as an excuse make non-legislative changes to their election rules “through executive fiat or friendly lawsuits, thereby weakening ballot integrity.”

He is requesting that the U.S. Supreme Court rules to prohibit the counting of the Electoral College votes cast by the four states and for those states that have already appointed electors, he asks the court to direct state legislatures to appoint new electors.

Here's the actual pdf

It's 154 pages and is not light reading

Mind you this is funny. It's like when you trying to start a fight by saying 'Look what he said about you! Are you going to let him get away with that?'

Joggers and Democrats always complain about the consequences of their actions, as they feel entitled to do whatever they please.

It always feels satisfying when they choke on the whirlwind they sowed.

You really think Cubans and Asians will be slaves like black people? No fucking way.
If they are plugged into the western propaganda machine they will eventually fall in line and embrace the rainbow. As Allen Ginsberg said, "We'll get you through your children."

Louisiana has now joined Texas in their lawsuit. It's coming, folks. Hold the line.

If SCOTUS does not take Texas case, then they won't be getting involved in the election period. The Texas case is the cleanest case for them to get involved and order relief.

They just added to docket

Another fun fact is that the quality of nutrition went up for the former Western Roman Empire based on remains found in the area. So while the empire was gone, the average Roman citizen experienced higher quality of life.

I know comparisons to the Roman Empire are overdone but we can see the parallels here as people are eating artificial crap made with corn and are now being pushed to eat soy and bugs. As American turns browner and shittier, more people are going to start relying on themselves since the state can no longer adequately function.
Most likely it was because it was less crowded after the invasions, so the pleb standard of living rose for Malthusian reasons, plus the breakdown of trade routes means fewer disease vectors. It's the same reason why hunter-gatherers were healthier than early farmers.

....mmmm, No.
FBI has the rural areas and right under lock and key. Only real place for violence to go is leftwing-wards as bureaucrats immediately start supporting those groups the second they hear the SC is trying to hand Trump the election.

Mildly moot point though, because the SC at best might say PA is fucked but are not going to overturn the election.
You greatly overestimate the capabilities of the FBI.
