So wait, every legal battle involving PA from last month to now have made been pointless?
Well, that Texas lawsuit wouldn't have been possible without all the Giuliani/Ellis work of finding all the evidence of fraud and collecting affidavits. But more or less. You could pretty much have got Barnes Law and Baris to work out the Texas lawsuit.

Certainly, all the Sidney Powell/Lin Wood stuff was pretty pointless, just like Barnes always said.

Incidentally for those with a morbid fascination with such things, Q made their first post in about a month, linking to this video without any further comment

Just as I was about to make some snide remark about Q being worthless they release a video I like
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O1l-nR1Apj4

And who knows, maybe everything up to this point was feeding into the TX lawsuit filed with hours left before safe harbor to force a contingent election and we should have all have Trusted The Plan like Q kept telling us.

Dont care about the Q stuff, but showing more people the RS fist catch video is pretty funny. Seems well produced for some random Youtube channel. Was this featured at any rallies?

Going by Socialblades number for the last hour before the post, the video had only 818 views with no other videos.

Remember two weeks ago when this was supposed to never go to the Supreme Court?
Who was it in PA that wrote the whiny brief to Alito about not taking the Kelly case? We all know Alito isn't happy with PA, so maybe rejecting Kelly while accepting the Texas case is his way of saying "neener-neener" to them.

It was not pointless at all. It went from 30% thinking the election was fraudulent and 50% thinking the election was fair to the exact opposite -- 55% think it was rigged and 30% think it was fair. Yeah, didn't do anything else but lawfare is also PR.

If they win Texans are going to be insufferable for the next hundred years and no one will be able to complain about it because they'll have saved the Republic.

Here's hoping they are. I'd much rather have to deal with insuferable texans than a tyrannical america. And if anything I find american hypernationalism kinda endearing in a way. I mean, seeing europe's messy identity issues, hell just look at what us spaniards are going through yet once more with that shit since the old king decided to show why our constitution's got some serious issues. Looking at the other side of the puddle and seeing people unironically love their country without any massive asterisk and without being coocoo fascist looneybins, you know... Its kinda something to aspire to. I mean either that or they're delusional. But at least I sure hope they're not proven delusional by the end of this cycle though. For all of us.

Also it's not like americans didn't already have egos the size of the solar system anyway. Have you ever seen any other nationality actually literally dress in nothing but their own flag? As in have every single piece of attire stamped with that shit. I've seen it. In my hometown! Multiple fucking times! And it was always the star spangled banner! Fucking Bandit Keith is apparently a role model for some people, so really, at this point, I don't think most of us would notice if their patriotism rises to further limits, they already hit singularity, I sure wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Fucking 2020, everyone...

Finally a sentiment we can all share.

We've been saying this'd hit SC literally since the very night of the elections. The dems were just waaaaay behind schedule. Probably deliberately. I mean either that or they're truly fucking delusional.

I have, Remember when trump was supposed to concede?

>TRUMP
>CONCEDE

Wouldn't be surprised if they were just pulling gayops in Georgia while believing Q well enough into making genuine lolsuits.

According to Barnes, Lin's always been off his rocker and probably thinks he's Trump, while Powell has fallen into abyss of Q.

But along with Rudy and the hearings, the Court of Public Opinion has a better look at this mess of an election.

What I can figure is that the USSC would rather have one case regarding four states than four cases regarding four states.
But in my opinion rejecting the PA case with not even listed dissenters is a bad sign. It means that they may be reluctant to get involved period unless they absolutely have to; such as a state vs state fight where there is no lower court than the USSC. And even then they might just say "lol no".

If you think that these justices have been left alone during this entire process, you're dead wrong. They've been having meetings with Capitol Police and various other politicians lecturing to them the consequences of "a wrong decision".

This should be the bottom line, even if Biden is inaugurated in January this election result is so tainted now that it will haunt any potential administration. Any time Biden potentially fucks up now it will be hammered in how his election victory was suspect, and how even his victory against Bernie wasn't clean.

Apparently the SCOTUS ruled 9-0 to reject Kelly's case. If that is true, then the explanation that it was rejected to avoid redundancy gains more credibility. I can't imagine Clarence Motherfucking Thomas not being interested.
It's not a matter of not being interested. They're being threatened. If Trump is crowned by the SC, then it's on the heads of those individual justices. They "betrayed" the Republic, they're now "responsible" for what comes next.

Or it's just a shit argument with no evidence done in the 11th hour, chasing away any good faith the SC had.

Truly based black man will save you and the foundation of american democracy.

Read this outloud to yourself and please try to tell me it isn't crazy.
You're already making excuses when the SC has ruled on many controversial cases in the past.
