Apparently the actual PA case as a whole wasn't thrown out, only the "Injunctive Relief" that prevented PA from certifying their results. That maybe makes sense as they let Michigan certify results and I assume the other states in question have by this point. Didn't someone say that has to happen for it to be challenged at SCOTUS level?

I didn't see this.

The beenie dude reported on this and I agree with his stance. There is no video of the armed mob that supposedly flocked to the house, all it takes is to pull out your phone and hit record...it's 2020 folks and hoaxes from both sides have been plentiful, get video.

Boo hoo hoo. Do something about the guy in St. Clair Shores who had his house firebombed.

Of course, she won't, because he was an avid Trump supporter.

I'm not feeling sorry for her, this is just the first time I saw this. For the firebomb ill wait so it doesn't turn out to be "DeBoOnKeD" as A Insurance fraud scheme.

What I can figure is that the USSC would rather have one case regarding four states than four cases regarding four states.
But in my opinion rejecting the PA case with not even listed dissenters is a bad sign. It means that they may be reluctant to get involved period unless they absolutely have to; such as a state vs state fight where there is no lower court than the USSC. And even then they might just say "lol no".

If you think that these justices have been left alone during this entire process, you're dead wrong. They've been having meetings with Capitol Police and various other politicians lecturing to them the consequences of "a wrong decision".

I agree that the justices will have been threatened, but not being left alone won't be a one way street. It's possible Trump has been talking to them as much as the opposition has. I don't know which way this is going to go, but im not dooming over dismissing a redundant case

The ruling means there's little chance the SC will elect trump right?
It's over, there wasn't any hope in the first place however with how flimsy the case is.

It's crazy, almost 3000 pages and no evidence of mass voter fraud? Surely the internet sleuths at Kiwifarms could figure out this mystery.

There's video evidence of two people throwing firebombs into the guy's house, and he requested to remain anonymous.

Translation: the harvest shall continue until January.

He's getting primaried in 22.

He can kiss his political career good night.

It could happen earlier.
It's ballots that are clearly about to be processed with no addresses on them in the yellow area, that's an automatic disqualification. In order to send mail through the USPS, there must be a from address in addition to a to address.
Is this the curing loophole Abrams was using and we've been talking about for weeks?
Can somebody explain to me why this should be worth caring about? This feels like some formality shit.
Does this imply anything? Feel free to correct me, don't want to get my hopes up too easily.

Did all these states go to Trump? If this leads to states flipping or all the funny stuff being thrown out so there'll be a clear winner, I won't complain.

Well, that Texas lawsuit wouldn't have been possible without all the Giuliani/Ellis work of finding all the evidence of fraud and collecting affidavits. But more or less. You could pretty much have got Barnes Law and Baris to work out the Texas lawsuit.

Certainly, all the Sidney Powell/Lin Wood stuff was pretty pointless, just like Barnes always said.
It was not pointless at all. It went from 30% thinking the election was fraudulent and 50% thinking the election was fair to the exact opposite -- 55% think it was rigged and 30% think it was fair. Yeah, didn't do anything else but lawfare is also PR.

I’d say that it’s useless in terms of taking too long to cook in the short time Trump has to overturn the election, but I also agree that all the delicious-yet-frankly-horrifying details coming out about Dominion have been useful as well.

Honestly dropping the scales from the eyes of at least a portion of the electorate is a ‘win’ from my viewpoint. And if Trump can pull it off, it should form the foundation of later electoral reform down the road IMO.
