Xanax and benzo withdrawals and physical dependency is considered one of the worst. It can be lethal in some cases. Of course the same is true for a really bad alcoholic (withdrawals are then called delirium tremens). Both withdrawals can be lethal. This is actually something I had been speculating about Reethan on. Is his drug use bad enough to kill him if he stops cold turkey. I was thinking yes for a little, but now I'm thinking probably not.
