The media are doing a massive victory lap. They do know there's this new case out there?
Who says they have to report it? Erin Burnett told me that yet again Trump has been dealt a devastating blow by his own appointed Justices in a conservative SCOTUS, showing he's truly finished.

They only do that when it becomes an issue their viewers are supposed to be afraid/angry about it, or the case flops and they can gloat all night about it. If it passes, Tramp's stealing the election without trying.

So anyone else laughing at the fact that after the Trump team spends months filing lawsuits trying to get the issue to the Supreme Court and failing, the one that actually does wasn't filed by them at all? :story:
Don't be so sure about that. The past month has all been for show.

RINO's are being ousted left and right with all of this going on. It's never been more clear who actually cares about the party more than their own skins. I believe the frail lawsuits we've been seeing were designed to do not only that, but also rally the right and get the media talking about it instead of ignoring it.

Now we have arrived at the SCOTUS case and I'll let you in on a secret. Trump didn't have much chance filing it himself because of the 11th and 14 amendment. Citizens can't file against states in federal court unless the state either opts to void their immunity against such cases OR CONGRESS votes to nullify it. There wasn't much chance of that happening. However, a STATE filing suit against another state automatically nullifies that immunity.

So again: Don't be so sure about Trump not being involved with this filing.

Meme magic still exists if the "the South will rise again" meme is becoming reality. Did anyone expect this?
To be fair to Ethan Ralph he's been raving about this in the Makers Mark and Xanax addled endings of his streams. I can see why you're not aware of this though - he's doing it to a dwindling audience of spiteful trolls and mentally deranged a-logs.

Can they really ignore Texas and seven states though with more possibly joining in? They might as well say fuck those states because they vote Trump or some shit.
Of course not, but they'll mention it in passing only and probably dismissively at that. And will either sing to the heavens if he loses or tard rage if Trump wins.

If they can dodge a laptop and carry a demented old man pass a manufactured finish line, they can certainly and they will tell the flyoveroids to fuck off, once and for all.

No...but in the coming days, expect the Blue Checkmarks to start spazzing out about how the evil racist white southerners are at it again and that Joe Biden needs to crush them to save Our Democracy ™️ !

I'm going to be honest - I'm really skeptical about the whole "4D chess" thing. I'm more inclined to believe Trump's team was flailing about legally speaking, but other people unrelated to them were quietly watching from behind the scenes and working to get an actual workable case put forward. Texas isn't doing this for Trump - Texas is most likely doing this because they know a Biden administration is going to fuck them six ways from Sunday.

That's understandable. I generally don't think Trump is a 4D chess guy. Though it becomes more plausible in this case when you consider this: Was this ever NOT going to the SCOTUS? Even if Trump won in won of those lesser courts, it would have been appealed by the defense all the way up to SCOTUS all the same. Everyone knew that. We've arrived at the inevitability and what I've been saying for a month has been proven true.

It was all for show.

If the states pull this off twitter will be simultaneously more and less insufferable than usual. On one hand, my indie game circle jerk will cry and threaten to bawwwlet everything, and my dash will be clogged with tards yelling. On the other hand, the salt will make some users finally bearable to read.

He literally said, on Election Night, "We will go to the Supreme Court". This shouldn't really be up for debate

The problem is that Presidents have to go from lower courts to state SCs to the USSC, while in state vs state fights it goes straight to the USSC every time. Which I think is unfair, Presidents should be able to petition the USSC directly on any federal level issue.

4d chess is a dumb meme tho.

I think there have been multiple teams working on this, none of which talk to/respect each other

1) A bunch of cases from Trump voters which got nailed by Democrat packed courts
2) Rudy and Jenna's track, which ended up being pretty good presentations to state legislatures who all, unfortunately, turned out to be run by RINO GOPe scum who refused to allow a special session.
3) Sidney Powell/Lin Wood's fantastically complicated and fantastically flawed lawsuits
4) The clever case on PA's election being unconstitutional due to Act 77
5) And now the Texas case

If he sues a state as part of the Federal Government it can go straight to Supreme Court

I have a feeling Trump's team was told in the background about what Texas was doing, and this was the big thing he mentioned a day or two ago. With how everyone who isn't TDS is mentioning how clean the lawsuit is, this was being worked on probably the day the AP declared Biden thief in chief. That Rudy was just picking out the RINOs is extra, because win or lose there are people whose careers are DOA.

And I don't find it a coincidence that all the China stuff is also being dropped this week so far too, from Stalwell's chinese concubine to Kemp and GA sucking small china dick at the houston consulate and the video about the CCP college professor lecture about how they have US politicians in their pocket. And if you have time read this article about how Pompeo knows which governors have been trying to get China cummies.

Except he didn't spend months filing lawsuits. They filed like... 4 or 5.

And if you don't thin Trump's involved in the Texas lawsuit...
