Man I hate the western vtuber community and that I'm technically part of it. I try to play things pretty safe on twitter so I'm staying out of it but I just can't imagine having the gall to be a "pre-debut" vtuber talking for the community and publicly harassing someone like that. But at the same time I wanna follow the one being harassed but I'm partly worried about that being a problem. We should've gatekept more.

Something i do really like about a forum like this when discussing Vtubers is that it gives room for people to write longer thought out (if perhaps autistic) posts and add media relevant to the conversation as opposed to chatrooms like Discord where most people come up with short replies because the conversation is far too fast paced to keep up with

By the way, for some reason, i feel fine with Homolive jokes, but whenever someone calls them straight up lesbians, it feels kinda wrong. I know some of them are into girls, but calling them all lesbians feel weird

First post, hello all.
This thing came up in my recommendations yesterday.

codemiko is an "interactive video game npc" who streams on twitch. Her model runs in Unreal Engine and she seems to use full body tracking for every stream. Chat is able to interact by changing her model proportions or spawning shit into her environment. Her model seems pretty well made but the facial expressions are constantly dipping into the uncanny valley. Personality wise, seems like a standard twitch thot.

She did a stream with her wearing the tracking suit on one half the screen and the model animating on the other. Was interesting to watch how close parts of the model matched her IRL expressions and movements.

Unfortunately you're right - she's very dull, and her """interview""" format is lacking to say the least. She belongs with the members of Vshojo, where every other line is "Hahahaha... PENIS."

I'll admit, I saw Kyuotto post in a server I'm in a few days ago and thought her premise was kinda stupid- basically "succubus kicked out of hell for being wholesome and not lewd" which begs the question of "why make your character a succubus then?" In addition to Ollie's, I have a personal affinity for Botan's, Aqua's, Polka's, and Pekora's. The rabbit's BGM sounds like some kind of insane brainwashing song, frankly. There may be more but it's hard to remember what exactly they all sound like, and the fact that some of them have several songs they use based on what they're doing - gaming, zatsudan, spacha reading, etc.

I don't really dox but going through their oldest tweets/activity usually have more of a chance of leaking personal information/accounts I believe, but this person have had their account for only a month and already has 5,500+ tweets, good luck parsing through that; the loli vTuber hasn't even debut yet, so we don't know if they're a lolcow or a retard worth going through the trouble of 'getting internet justice' for. Also it seems like this is the most attention Kraken has ever gotten on twitter, so I'd imagine they'll try their damnedest to keep that attention.
Keep in mind that the loli vTuber isn't absolved of responsibility either, they should've been taking the proper OPSEC procedure before announcing their vTuber stuff.

Welcome to the ugly side of this shit. I'm technically pre-debut (or rather, I'm never debuting and am just gonna pretend I always had a model) and as much as I want to play nice with the other ENVtubers so as to not piss off the community as a whole, these cunts can go fuck off. I don't even have a problem with Domo and his rat king so long as they stay the fuck in line and actually like Valefor since his self-made model is one of the most impressive things I've seen, even if the dude has no idea how to run a stream. Granted, I don't either but he has a LOT of dead air.

Some of the people I've met in taking up an interest in doing this are in general nice people wanting to have a good time and the whole fucking appeal of being a vtuber is that you can be whatever the fuck you want. Why shit on that? Yeah there are some bad actors but this Kyuotto seems like a decent person at least, unlike the people coming down on her for the way her model looks. Even then, those same people had better also be shitting on girls like Matsuri and Luna for being an abject lolicon and for being a 0 year old loli respectively, or else their morals are shaky at best and they only care about going after people who don't have the power to fight back. We all saw what happened when Venti tried to punch above her weight class and go after Gura.

There's a difference between yuribaiting and straight up sexual preference. Yuribaiting happens all the time because it sells and sometimes it genuinely is difficult to tell when two (or more) girls are just being flirty with each other because they're good friends or are actually flirting with each other. Flare and Noel straddle that line HARD in terms of their interactions that it makes it difficult to believe they actually are not a couple. Matsuri has made her sexual preferences pretty well known, and then you have others like Marine who has a fetish list as long as the Great Wall so she'd fuck anything that moves. Then you have Kanata, who never showed any interest in anyone to the point where her mother straight up asked her "Are you gay?" yet she gets yurified with Coco all the time just because they live together and have a very close friendship.

All in all it's better not to speculate on that stuff about their real life selves because sometimes it actually does get very messy, especially due to Japan's general reception to same-sex relationships. Even if the EN girls swung that way it's still not exactly something we shouldn't know or seek knowledge on, unless it's something they disclose themselves. Karen is VERY vague about it but there's enough evidence to suggest that she had a crush on AO for a very long time and went to Japan specifically to meet him and things didn't go the way she had planned. Now's a good a time as any to promote what can be considered Dice's magnum opus.

I recognize that fucker too; he lives and breathes on clipper channels, so luckily I haven't had the pleasure to see his bullshit in a while as I got away from clippers and started focusing on the livestreams when I can, even if they're in Japanese and I can't understand much of it. Clips are fine and dandy but that dude needs to fucking chill with his thirst for girl on girl.

Funny thing is he's also incredibly confrontational and thinks he's better than anyone else who's on that video. I've gotten into a row or two with the guy and he's just a sad sack of shit who actually needs to find something other than hololive yuri clips to watch.
