If the case is thrown completely out tomorrow, its telling the states that are suing that the republic will cheat to get its way and they are not allowed to speak up about it. What will follow I guarantee will be states starting the procedure for leaving the union, it would take only one successfully doing it to start a domino, and a civil war once the federal government tries to stop it.
That makes more sense. By chimp out, I thought you meant they’d riot and start assassinating people.

You're saying that because the Texas AG wants to be the Texas Governor, maybe a Senator, maybe he has further national ambitions... Texas or some other state is going to secede from the US.

Not happening lol.

This. However it has happened, Austin now has a Coalition of States. I don't know if this was the intended goal, but fuck me if the dog didn't just catch the car it just chased. And the dog pile is growing. Its up to 19 states, and more are expected to side with Texas tomorrow. The only precedent for this is the 1860 election.

And if Georgia is any indication, you might even have some politicians from the contested states join the lawsuit and support it.
Jesus, what a beautiful mess this election is.

AZ has joined with TX in the lawsuit. While AZ isn’t nearly as big a mess as GA, it’s nice to see that the entire state isn’t pozzed.

The right don't chimp out by burning down cities, riots, or other low level nonsense. The right chimps out by eradicating the source of its anger. They usually go for all other options before committing to a chimp out, hence seeing them actually risk a full blown civil war scary.

Go to 630

Already people on the right are talking about disruption. Its no longer protesting to air out grievances.

Take note this gunshop owner is talking about blocking roads with protestors with intent of causing disruption.

Wont take long until they figure it be more efficient to destroy those roads for same effect if all this fuckery doesnt get fixed.

I believe I owe @Hollywood Hulk Hogan a apology, for it appears I have to wished upon a monkey paw myself. Trump didn't have enough evidence to succeed in his lawsuits, but I would have never dreamed this many states would throw their hat in the ring to the contrary. We are literally looking at the chance of lighting the first match of civil war II tomorrow, depending on how the supreme court rules on the case.
Honestly we haven't really seen the Right chimp out yet, the fact we are seeing this lawsuit right now is a indicator that we are dangerously close to seeing exactly that. This went from the most hilariously autistic election in US history to something that might actually splinter the country, it isn't funny any more.
There's more than enough evidence. The lawsuits have been pure political fuckery in the contested states. If this shit was happening under a less fucked up government the full audit would have already been finished and the true winner would have been announced. This is a shit show of monumental levels and there will be no satisfactory remedy without voting reform done before the next election, no matter who is declared winner.

This sounds suspiciously like the taunt "hit me bro!"

Never tempt fate. This has been a rule that has governed social stability in every human civilization since the dawn of time. Those who claim that the worst could never, EVER happen because "reasons" insure the worst will always happen. For the simple reason that they failed to take the threat seriously. The idiots who took the short term goal of winning THIS election, damn the long term consequences, or even the short term collateral damage, have brought us to this point. We are on the knifes edge right now and with State actors involved, with a clear geographic border between THEM (the royal We) and Those (the "others", the foreigners, the "Coastal Elite") we have a very serious, and dangerous problem.

The media conglomerates and the institutional political parties have gotten their wish. They wished on the monkey paw, for two easily divided political factions that they could divide and conquer. They got their wish. There are now two very divided political factions in America, and it is now clear, the division is not just cultural, it is geographical, AND political. They also never specified in their wish just WHICH faction would do the conquering. Woe to those who tempt fate.

Just want to add to this, a contingent election would also be held to decide the vice president in the Senate, where once again an absolute majority of at least 51 is required (there's apparently some debate over whether the VP is constitutionally allowed to be a tie breaker in this situation). If the GOP loses the GA run-offs, it would only take one RINO to cuck Pence out of his VP position. From what I understand, there's nothing barring the president and vice president being from opposing parties either, so we could very well see a Trump/Harris presidency in the scenario of a contingent election.
Thing is that Pence is in as VP to placate the RINOs so they're unlikely to cuck. In addition, this would really depend on the procedure. If the contingent election for VP is concurrent with the election for President then yeah you probably could have a situation where Trump is President and Kamala is his VP. But if the election for VP occurs after the one for President then it's a formality. Democrats aren't going to vote for Kamala to be Trump's VP knowing he can completely close her out and Republicans likewise aren't going to vote for Pence to be Biden's VP.
When your own party tells you they will support your removal from office, you are done
Probably, yes. But removal from office requires a trial. Links between Nixon and the Watergate cover-up were tenuous at best. If it went to a trial, he could have beaten them. Remember, he didn't have to win over the whole Senate, he just needed 34 Senators to side with him and then they wouldn't be able to remove him. Andrew Johnson similarly skated removal from office by one vote.

But of course, this was a risky strategy that, if it failed, would have resulted in removal from office and probably prison. Nixon obviously didn't want to go to prison and the country, still reeling from Vietnam and other shit, probably wouldn't have survived Nixon going to prison.
And bring in the military? Against who?
The idea is they couldn't have physically removed him from office if he used the military to protect him
Trump didn't have enough evidence to succeed in his lawsuits
He had the evidence. Activist judges wouldn't even hear it

I want to add that when a country boils over into the perfect storm of civil war, it's always some insignificant event that in retrospect, could have been easily avoided or mitigated. People have lost their jobs/businesses, they're broke and now some retards in government are discussing whether or not to make the corona vaccine mandatory for everyone. That's right, they are seriously considering ordering citizens to submit to a vaccine or face possible criminal and/or civil penalties. The country is divided and people are teetering on the brink of ruin but instead of alleviating the pain these morons want to send them right over the edge.

El Salvador and Honduras had a war over decades long tensions boiling over due to a soccer game. It really is the small things that add up in these situations.

The "insignificant" event is always simply the spark that set off the explosives morons have collected for years. I don't think the powers that be in Washington DC know what they are doing. They don't know, and more importantly they dont care. History is some bullshit academic study they slept through. They have THE SCIENCE. They have STATISTICS. They control the idiot masses with their ALGORITHIMS. All of them are unmitigated drooling morons who think that huge swaths of the country (the swaths currently aligning against them incidentally) are as dumb as they are. And that they all watch the same mind control programming on Social Media and TV that they do.

I think think the worst part is that they don't think they are doing anything wrong. They honestly believe that their actions will actually preserve the great American Empire they have been entrusted with. And they DO believe it is in there trust. And that they cannot trust the moron electors, let alone the "puke" States to do what needs to be done. Federal Authorities long ago dropped any pretense in viewing their positions as dependent on the will of the Union States that buttressed the Federal System. We may be a Federal Union as a matter of law, but as a matter of practice as far as our States executive agents are concerned, we are Serfs. And we see this manifested in how the Federal Agencies and the Courts treat citizens, and even this very forum.

If America still held to its founding principles, Kiwifarms would not be Answerable to the Feds, and @Null could tell the FBI to pound sand. The Only sovereign with authority over this forum would be the Sovereign State of Florida, acting in its capacity as a constituent and willing member of the Union. What has been wrought upon the Farms on behalf of the Federal Government instead has been evidence of the overweening, authoritarian, and patently unconstitutional administrative state that has been imposed upon us, and our home States in the interest of an imperialist federal government in league with a globalist agenda in contravention to the interest of the constituent states of our union.

So yeah. This is no longer about Trump. Trump caused the mask to fall off in his flailing. I stand with Texas. Not for Trump, but because I believe in America, and I believe America must be free.

You know how cali was once part of the territories of New Spain? I'm just pointing that out because reading this:

We’re in deep water, but it’s actually not that hard to get out if we could just eject the psychos in the state legislature.

But yeah, basically we’re screwed.

Seems you can take the state out of Spain, but you can't take Spain out of the state. Now if you excuse me I'm gonna go cry for a while 'cause I did not expect this high a dosage of feels when I came to my funny CWC forum.

I can't even dude.

Maybe Her Majesty Christine was right about that fucking dimensional merge.

I'm starting to think that unironically. I mean, so far I've been saying since the night of ballots happened that we were staring into the "leading to" segment of history where the factions consolidate right before flags and arrows start popping up all over the map. But at this point it's starting to look less like that and more like the simulation's just got a botched update and all the mobs went coocoo for coco puffs so now we're stuck in la la land while the programmer figures out how to patch this shit.

Hey.... Remember how many comparisons I made to Sagasta? Remember how Sagasta justified the creation of Turnismo (our uniparty)? Yeah 'cause he did it by naming his party the UNITARIAN party and using EXACTLY THAT FUCKING RHETORIC.

Textbook. They copied the whole fucking textbook back to front. I keep having fucking flashbacks! To anyone who studied spanish history it genuinely feels like we just entered fucking GROUNDHOG DAY. I know the saying is "those who don't study history are doomed to repeat it" but it shouldn't be THIS FUCKING OBVIOUS.

I keep hearing the "throw out the mail in ballots" thing and I keep hearing that multiple states did some trick to make that impossible.

Another remedy would be to stop the count at midnight local time on election night. Remember, it's Election DAY, not "Election Week" or "Election until we're done printing ballots." If they need more time to count, they should have started earlier. The Constitution is very clear, the Election MUST be COMPLETE by the end of day Tuesday.

They threw out the envelopes and then mixed the ballots. Which means if the court rules they weren't valid they just poisoned the well and caused the whole election to be thrown out with them.

Who is this group advocating for a Civil War II? Is it like 3 small accounts sperging out about it, that don't have the guts to try it, and Twitter is flipping out over nothing as usual?

They're literally just getting triggered over other lefties making very obvious and bad meme parody tweets about the boog boys because they are so detached from reality they can't even tell whose side the original tweets are on by the fucking feminist/antifa icons and rainbow/trans flags in the usernames.

Yes, the left just managed to trigger itself. And then they wonder why the sane lefties are becoming moderate righties.

These guys are really trying to create the reverse 2016 aren't they?

Yeah but they're pretty fucking bad at it.

I honestly think many people on the left will kill themselves if Trump wins, and I can feel nothing but pity for them.

In the wise words of the late Alexander Anderson:

Don't weep for the stupid, you'll be crying all day!

I could go on and on with examples from my history books. But just know. Mein Cat Fuhrer over here is 100% right and that's exactly why I have been warning you lot this shit's gonna cause social unrest either way and it has a very good probability of spiraling out of control.

Even outside of civil wars, to use a more well known and notoriously not spanish example. Remember ww1? You really think every faction there was in it because ol' Ferdinand got a bit of a headache from an enthusiastic serb? Fuck no. Russia and France had made their alliance specifically to go sandwich the krauts long before that, and indeed the Russians had a lot in their plate so they were a bit chiller but the French had been in full revanchist mode for a while. Austro-Hungary had been seething for an excuse to go stomp on the balkans and slavs for decades, the Otomans had been even more hardcore into that since the poles fucked them raw, Germany feared russian industrialization and was already seeking for an excuse to rampage into moscow to kick that shit down before it became a threat, Britain had spent the last years fucking everyone else's fleets at the slightest excuse for similar reasons, etc. Etc. Etc.

WW1 was gonna erupt sooner or later. Ferdinand was just the first excuse they got. If the war pops off don't expect it to come from some grand act. It's gonna be a fucking meme tier tismfit over seemingly benign shit. Hell for another example. Remember the schism of the catholic and orthodox churches? It happened over the inclusion of a single word on a prayer that didn't even change the meaning. A word that indeed wasn't so much included for any political reason as it was a mere mistranslation due to the east using greek and the west using latin. That's it. That caused the christians to go into a civil war that split the religion in half and allowed the rise of islam unopposed. THIS is why the christians lost control. A fucking translation error. Now if you take into account just how much the east and west had hated each other long before that point and the political power strugle between the pope and the patriarchs, it makes a lot more sense. But yeah, the drop that overflows the glass is always the stupidest shit imaginable.

Hadn't checked this thread in a while but man, are things moving quick again aren't they? No matter what happens, the next few days are going to be fun.

I'm surprised the Dems are managing to keep their rioters more or less under control. With things taking this long to happen, I expected fire on the streets weeks ago.

Remember ww1? You really think every faction there was in it because ol' Ferdinand got a bit of a headache from an enthusiastic serb?
Minor correction: the enthusiastic Serb was a pain in Ferdinand's neck, not a headache.

But they have a podcast called the Thomas Paine Podcast which I don't know who he is.
For shame sir, for shame!

"Haha, don't worry guys, by letting President Harris execute him, Trump has just tricked the uniparty into activating his 237 Dimensional Backgammon-Poker-Risk-Meepocalypse trap! Haha, trust the plan guys!"
Well, it worked for Jesus.

This amuses me since my hard blue mother never forgot and would bring it up every time lobotomies were mentioned. The mental health community (sans "reee muh mental hulth" online activits) probably won't ever forget either.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosemary_Kennedy#Lobotomy
After being expelled from a summer camp in western Massachusetts and staying only a few months at a Philadelphia boarding school, Rosemary was sent to a convent school in Washington, D.C.[5] Rosemary began sneaking out of the convent school at night.[17] The nuns at the convent thought that Rosemary might be involved with men, and that she could contract a sexually transmitted disease[6] or become pregnant.[18] Her occasionally erratic behavior frustrated her parents; her father was especially worried that Rosemary's behavior would shame and embarrass the family and damage his and his children's political careers.[19][5]
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosemary_Kennedy#Aftermath
After the lobotomy, Rosemary was immediately institutionalized. She initially lived for several years at Craig House, a private psychiatric hospital an hour and thirty minutes north of New York City.[28] In 1949, she was relocated to Jefferson, Wisconsin, where she lived for the rest of her life on the grounds of the St. Coletta School for Exceptional Children (formerly known as "St. Coletta Institute for Backward Youth").
Exceptional Individual as a synonym for 'retard' spotted in the wild. Poor Rosemary though.

No they are worried about getting caught at redneck checkpoints in the second civil war or something
Aww yeah, Jim-Bob looks we got ourselves one of them hoity-toity blue-staters. This one's got real pretty teeth.

Every true and honest Kiwifarmers should be praying for this exact result, for maximum chaos salt lols.
Yeah, it would be hilarious. More than that it might stop IRL Fedposting if Harris and Trump develop a working relationship. Which I could totally see happening. After all Martin McGuinness and Ian Paisley did.

1607596782754.png
This is absolutely mindblowing when you know that Paisley was the most firebrand-y of Unionists and McGuinness was on the IRA's Army Council. And yet when forced to work together they became good friends.

We know Trump will work with people like 'Chuck and Nancy' when it is politic. And we know Harris is an unprincipled swine who'll do anything for influence.
