I don't do very ceremonial stuff on a Shabbat. The Orthodox traditions of candle lighting, fancy table cloths and a Seder aren't realistic with small children. Plus The Torah doesn't require them. It only says to rest and delight in the Shabbat. So I just do whatever relaxes me

I don't listen to worship music because I actually believe it's against The Torah and Messiah's teachings. I don't believe married women should listen to another man sing worship music because it's potentially seductive to her. The Torah says: "Not shall you put your seed in the wife* of your neighbor". I believe that includes spiritual seed too, which is transmitted through solo singing.
*The Hebrew word here can also be translated into "spouse"
Interesting verse because we all know those types of people who try to intrude on others' marriages non-stop with their opinions. It's how affairs often start.
The Orthodox have a teaching called "Kol Isha" (literally: voice of a woman) where it is forbidden for a man to listen to a woman who is not his wife to sing. It's a very wise teaching they have, and I think it's true for both genders, because both genders have the power to seduce and influence.
Also, The Messiah said to pray and worship in secret. Not to make a display of it. So I sing, worship and pray in secret and think it should be for all His people.
