Funny enough, I knew a guy who fucked up in a similar way, but his case was that he told to go clean the woman's restroom, and neglected to check for customers, and he was so angry and raving over cleaning the woman's restroom (It's fucking nasty, ngl), this old woman sat there in a bathroom stall scared out of her wits until he left. He immediately got booted.

Russ got booted from a job for following a woman into the women's restroom, and he mentioned getting yelled at for going into the women's restroom at Walmart to clean it, and said he was checking to see if anyone was in it. Russ has a MASSIVE problem with boundaries, he routinely does things he's been explicitly told not to. The AG concert VIP pass said no gifts, but of course Russ ignores that and brings his crap backstage. He said he wasn't harassing Taylor's family because they never asked him to stop, but they probably did, and we know from the Erika incident that he doesn't stop even if you ask him to. He doesn't grasp nonverbal boundaries at all. Remember when his lease wasn't renewed because he hit on the landlord's sister? A normal person would realize that probably would be a bad idea. I think the best example of this is that he thinks that any woman who uses her appearance to make money is selling sex.

The one that appalls me the most is the one where he says it should be illegal for women to turn him down. He tried to backpedal and say he was just making a point about prostitution being illegal (I think, I could be wrong about that), but given his general attitude, I think it's safe to say he was serious. The other one that actually pisses me off is where he was mad Taylor Swift visited a little girl with cancer. So, facing death when you're not even 15 yet isn't as bad as having a moderate disability but still being in reasonably good health. He's coasted through life with his disability, and I hope Las Vegas is where he finds out that most people don't care if you have a deformity. If you're a dick, you'll be treated like one.

I keep thinking of that scene in Casino where Robert DeNiro's character bashes the cheaters hand with a hammer, and the scene where the guy gets ejected head-first from the casino for refusing to take his feet off of the table.

The only value Russell places on women is in how attractive they are and how they can help him get what he wants. They're just items in a store window, waiting for him to pick them to have the honor of being his sex machine and career booster. If a woman isn't attractive to him, then in his mind she's chopped liver. Even if she was murdered, like that one woman he briefly wanted a mural of during the BLM protests. He seems to think a woman should only be seen as worthy of attention if she's deemed fuckable.

Agreed. Although gas in my part of Kiwiland is less than $2/gallon (53 cents/liter), car repairs -- especially labor costs -- can be pricey. Even a simple repair can cost hundreds of dollars because of the hourly labor rate.

As others have already hinted, it won't surprise me if mom and dad are helping to keep Russ financially afloat by paying some of his larger expenses -- with or without a promise from Russ that he will try to straighten up, stay out of trouble, and take advantage of the clean break that comes with relocating.

Even in situations like that, it can be a bitch to terminate an employee sometimes. You need to document the hell out of everything regarding their offenses and unprofessional behavior to build a solid case supporting your move to terminate them. Because if your ass isn't sufficiently covered, then you'll be paying for their unemployment checks, or they'll slap you with a wrongful termination suit where a judge may award them a large sum of money and/or force you to give them their job back. Especially when you're dealing with someone like Russhole who can pull the "they discriminated against me because of my disability" card to make their position more secure. You want to make sure you can pull out all the reports and paperwork that show their termination was completely justified and appropriate.

Anyone who hired him in the 1st place deserves whatever they get
