It's psychological projection of his own insecurities.
Let me explain:
PPP, just like Mister Melanoma Metokur, used to moralfag over and over and over about how we need to go back to hobbie-based entertainment in da interweb (which is serious business guys) in which making money is a taboo and shamed, then his views evolved into allowing certain types of sponsorships and donos by influential users (just like daddy Jim), and he's now a full-blown sellout (or a "buy in" as he just said 5 minutes ago).
Poetry, it really shows that PPP descends from a prosperity gospel preacher and that Metokur was an anti-theistic Randroid (who became a conservative Christian when convenient).
I see others, such as @Jester69 following the exact same path.

PPP is upset that Bryan Dunn has not yet propositioned him for gay sex.

EDIT: PPP is really going off on Bryan. Obviously the sex thing is a joke but can someone explain the history of this beef?

While Fall Reev is bad, that town ain't got nothing on Springfield. That city is cursed. Literally nothing but drugs, murder and crime. Even when you drive in, you're greeted by decrepit junkies who give you the 1000 mile stare.

The worst Fall Reev has given me are drunk hobos who aggressively panhandle at traffic stops. Nothing you don't see in Providence every week
