Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

Is Baked Alaska a fedposter? Only time I remember him was when he agreed that 8chan should shut down after the Christchurch incident. Though, with the recent arrest, I can’t tell if he is undercover agent, a fake Trump supporter, a fake “alt-right” member or another guy who believes in white guilt.
Re: fedposting.

When Trump first lost the election Baked was on a coke bender on the RV trip and went full "Civil War REEEEE." It should be buried a few dozen pages back in this thread.

In some states, bouncers must have a certification. In those cases, they can lay the hands so long as no significant injury happens. I don't know if AZ does it that way, though. If they do, and that bouncer (who was likely coked up, judging from both his seethe and his shrugging off of the mace) is licensed, he's fine. If not, he laid hands first and is liable, sadly. Unlicensed bouncers can only call the cops. I would love to hear actual legal knowledge here as it applies to Arizona.

Bouncing is the worst goddamn job in the world. They deal with dickhead patrons and dickhead employers, caught in the purgatory between. They're always ready to snap and no one does it because they want to. If you're dealing with a bar with angry, fucked up staff, chances are the bar doesn't deserve your money because the owner is a giant asshole. Just go somewhere else. If you've got extra rocky salt in your vag about it, shit on the place on Yelp, it's slightly less faggoty than how Raped Alaska operates.

Imagine you're a juror. You've been dragged out of your life to judge this shit. Maybe you've lost a whole day of pay and the juror check is $20. You see this fucking faggot. You see this smirking. You watch the actual video of this encounter. You get asked by the court what to do with this fucking faggot. You're going to be very frustrated you can't just have him taken out and shot.

Both the bouncer and baked should get charged. Those who are saying the bouncer's actions were reasonable aren't familiar with laws.
Bouncers, or nightclub security, do not have the same rights as the police or actual security personnel. They do not have the right to physically remove a person from the premises of the club, but this is a very common misconception. Bouncers do not have the legal right to engage in violence or force as they see fit. In general, bouncers are regular employees, not actual security personnel. Actual security personnel require special training and permits.

Bouncers are only allowed to use force if it is first used against them. Therefore, according to law, a bouncer may only ask you to leave the premises. They do not have the right to physically remove a customer. These same rights to self defense are granted to ordinary citizens, as is the right to call the police on someone.
lol where did you get this garbage quote? What non-specific "laws" are we ignorant of?

In Arizona, the only requirement for "security personnel" to include bouncers is for them to be directly employed by the property owner or tenant. The only "actual security personnel" that require licenses are contract security guards who are allocated to a property by a third-party security company.

Even then, you don't know what his licensure is. He may very well have a DPS Guard Card. But if he's employed directly by the establishment he doesn't need one.

In Arizona, there is no other legal distinction between "security" and other employee who is legally representing the interests of a business.
It's the same, legally speaking, as if the manager or the owner are telling you to get out.

If you fail to comply at that point, you are committing the crime of trespassing. If you are blocking reasonable access to the establishment, you are trespassing.

Whether force can be used to eject a non-compliant patron/trespasser depends on the situation and the immediate threat posed by the trespasser to staff and patrons. Here, CLEARLY, Mr. Anthime Gionet DID pose a threat and proved this in spades by assaulting everyone in the vicinity.

This is the biggest thing going against Baked and he did it to himself. If he ever ends up in a jury trial the character evidence will condemn him. He's just such an unlikable piece of shit with years of acting like it.

Say what you like about it, and it definitely has its flaws, but the whole concept of jury trial is amazing and it is one of the few definite "keepers" of Western civilization. Sure, it's fucked up and unfair in a million different ways, but if you realize you're the kind of person about whom most people will say, given a chance, "wow you're really a piece of shit," you will not fare well in a jury trial.

I'm talking about Baked here.

Bouncers can basically kick your ass with impunity I seen many people choked, hit or tossed out on their ass in a violent way and this is coming from Canada land, no the bouncer should not lose his job because he did his job. Do not act like a miscreant on private property.
More than likely, those people were hit because they hit first. That's the exception: "Bouncers are only allowed to use force if it is first used against them."

We need to start compiling a list of genuinely good guys on the internet. Sped or not, people like JangBricks and Steve1989 need to be put on a list of based and wholesome.

Anyone brainless enough to start shitting on Steve1989 especially IRL is going to experience a spontaneous Personal Army effect that would make even 'Order 66' Jason Genova green with envy, and Steve wouldn't have to say a word.

Not that he would anyway, the dude is just....NICE!

Also, Ajax sez

LOLwut??

Where the hell do you live and what is your level of experience in life? I live in what is considered one of the more cucked of the G8 nations in Canada, also considered one of the politest, and if you piss off and then try to tell that to a bouncer at ANY bar or club here and he will laugh in your face before forcefully ejecting your entitled ass onto the street. And should you call them, the RCMP would be laughing inside as they politely gave you a ride home with some advice for how not to fuck with bouncers in the future.

They cannot use excessive force, such as holding a guy against a wall and teeing off on his face for a while before ejecting them, but bouncers are fully authorized to start you out the door with a shove or a boot in the ass if you block the door and start being a faggot.

This is Baked's delusional mind at work. To try and get off of being arrested he said he was an influencer involved with HBO and Netflix! 😂

No you are wrong, If a business wants you to leave and you don't they have every right to eject you from the premises. Imagine if you invite someone into your home and they refuse to leave are you saying you cannot touch them or make them leave by force? What an insane concept you have.

The homosexual fed going in hard on Baked:
Hard choice of language when he begged and wept after being fired from Breitbart himself. He went bankrupt and now sells vitamins on Infowars.

His last desperate attempt at selling a book to his retard fans ended with his editor leaving him and a lawsuit spinning up which included hilarious evidence like this editor's remark:

Grifters yelling at each other trying to convince you that they're the good one you should support when they're all just awful.

Lmao, I never saw this before! You can see him realize in his AIDS and drug addled brain how ridiculous he sounded saying he's careful what he puts inside his body! 😂 🤣 😅

Him and Baked were a match made in hell. They deserved each other. It goes back to my theory about how it seems shitty people seem to attract to each other.

I'm not qualified to have a legal opinion on whether or not the door guy was justified in shoving Baked, but this seems like the relevant law in Arizona dealing with this. Just from a common sense perspective, the shove seemed like a reasonable escalation after telling Baked to leave multiple times and subsequently being called a "faggot" just for doing his job.

The whole POINT of bouncers is removing undesirable people from places you want people to be socializing happily, without worthless pieces of shit around. Obviously, Baked comes in under the whole "worthless piece of shit" category. Their literal job is to remove subhuman walking turds, like Baked, from the premises, so that humans can enjoy themselves. They obviously have the legal power to do this, too.

When I worked in a typical English pub, the real concerning thing was when the elderly folk started bringing this guy up in conversation before his career started screaming downwards like a German dive-bomber. I'll give him this, he knew how to play the system in the climate, and despite his tendency to flip-flop like a nudist on a Fun Run, people ate that shit up because he was a ""minority"" backing up their point of view.

Did he ever end up paying Margaret MacLennan for the work she did, or nah?

Also what religion is he this week? Because he started off a Catholic and started leaning into the "I'm Jewish" thing HARD when people started calling him a Nazi.

Pretty laughable, all-in-all. Like 'em or loathe them, Nazis actually have convictions. Especially if they mention being a Nazi in the U.K. :^)
