Also, Poggers sucks as a term and I think I said it before, but the fact that people keep trying to make Hololivers say it absoluetly kills me. Esp. when they tell them that it’s common English slang. The only time I liked seeing someone use it was Haachama‘s “Pogger Curry”.
I have seen people in the servers unironically say it's a great term specifically because it pisses some people off to spout it nonstop, thus, its shitposting potential is fantastic. 🙂:deagleleft:

Doesn’t stop fans from commenting on YT vids about how Ame and Calli are hardcore ACAB because of who they follow on Twitter.
I'd be inclined to believe it in Calli's case at the very least. Judging based on some very subtle signs, she seems like she'd swing towards that side of things when it comes to personal politics.

Anyone using that term unironically can go fuck themselves it's so cringe and a desperate cry for people to notice them.

Same, I know the type, and it's easy for them to fall for the supposed rebellion of opposing the police

In truth though they never properly consider what ACAB entails, and will without hesitation call the police for help if necessary. The only reason why they repeat ACAB is because their social circle validates such opinions and punishes anyone not following the party line.

The big reason is because people get SUPER spergy whenever Twitch culture is mentioned because the vtuber fan community sees itself as "above" that sort of thing yet will spam "kusa" all fucking day as if that's any better than Twitch morons spamming Poggers. Hell, a rule in the big fan discord is "no Twitch memes." I would regularly post Calli's Pogchamp emote there just to piss them off.

Karen's definitely the rebellious type but she can't actively ask to speak to the manager when she hates the existence of managers in the first place.

I think it's less that she subscribes wholecloth to the theory and more she just supports a more fair treatment in general, which is like saying you support the consumption of food.

Hololive's success will probably continue as long as vtubers continue to be successful, which will probably be for a while.
By 2050 we'll be paying Hololive to rent an AI driven simulation based on personality constructs they pulled from vtubers. It'll be like Futurama but instead of an army of Lucy Liu bots overthrowing society it will be an army of Korone.

I find that it's usually the same people doing both in the first place.

I'd actually be interested as to why spamming shit like that is so lolfunny, maybe it's an age thing and since im not 12 anymore I don't "get it"

I have listened to the first 30 minutes of Gura's recent unannounced Minecraft stream. I am not sure if shes drunk, but she does sound like she is on some sort of downer. She also started the stream with "Back to normal!", which sounds like something somebody who just fell of the wagon would say.

Same reason that people on 4chan spam "based" and "sage" and "kek" - it's just one of those little things about internet culture. When I first started actually watching streams earlier this year it kinda confused me tbh because my first thought was it was an insult based on "pog" being used for various insults in different contexts like the military or back when it was used to call someone gay.

Basically, memetics. Each of those words has an origin and meaning contributing to its widespread usage (e.g., "sage" being entered into the e-mail field of a post on 4chan prevents the thread from being bumped with your post, and "kek" being what the Alliance sees "lol" translated as coming from Horde players in World of Warcraft). But newfags don't know these things and latch onto parroting the words, only MAYBE gleaning some contextual meaning out of their use, just to try and "fit in" with the internet culture.

Not rats, mice. I'm not sure if she knows the difference but by the description of them being small, it's mice. She should just buy a few traps and she'll be fine.
Yeah she knows it's a mouse and not a rat. She's mentioned on stream before that Japanese uses the same word "nezumi" for both rats and mice and wondered how she was going to explain to Matsuri that it was a mouse and not a rat and if Matsuri would recognize the difference. (Matsuri told her she didn't mind the mouse but Kiara's too embarassed to let anyone see the house so the mouse was the final straw.) So far she's they've tried traps, poison, and the exterminator has tried plugging up holes the mouse could get in from but even though they've killed some initially with the poison the mice still alive aren't falling for any of the traps. The house is quite old. She said she talked with the previous tenants and the mice have been there for 20 years and no one's had any luck getting rid of them yet.

We're talking about perpetually-online dyed-hair millenial/gen X women here, that shit should practically be assumed as a given. I don't demand that my content creators be based and redpilled, I could care less what loony shit people believe as long as it doesn't leak into their content.

They're both basic millennial white girls so I just assume that they follow that political current. Their commitment to that particular line of thinking probably isn't very deep outside of clout in their personal social circles and aesthetics.
