IV's a perfectly respectable entry, Porom and Palom will always stick with me, I actually think it's a better story even though V is mechanically more fun.

Sephiroth is a funny choice. Anyone who’s mad about “another sword user” should direct that ire towards the series that started the complaint (FE).

New smash characters are like an addiction. We’re closing in on 80 and people still have a mindset of “oh, if just this one OTHER character gets in it’ll be enough.” It’s a weird roster that doesn’t make sense all the time so ehh just enjoy we made it this far.

More like pedos unable to play emulated versions of an old game Online as a public tournament and they even admitted themselves they had no permission and Nintendo warned them but they ignored it, besides there's no way to know if they used pirated ROMs or not, this isn't as simple as just proving you owning the original copy. I don't even recall any other company that promotes emulation for Online tournament contrary to what people say. (Please correct me if I'm wrong)

There's also the Splatoon tournament where even though the participants are well aware the prize pool is shit, they still participated in it and then when #FreeMelee began they "played stupid games, played stupid prizes" by having #FreeMelee on their names, thus having the tournament stream to be cancelled (not the tournament, just the stream) and then they dropped off for an unofficial tournament with a larger prize pool with like 5 digits of cash. Gets to show you where their priorities began.

The seller of the Etika Joycons was a scammer too and tried to ride on Etika and Iwata's death ("Iwata would've liked my Joy-Cons") and even tried to sue some Reddit users but hey, buy JoyCons from a scammer to own the libs evil corporate company amirite?

The worst thing Nintendo did in recent times was their stupidity to copyright strike the Nintendo soundtrack videos tbh instead of monetizing it, they didn't even release their soundtrack Online.

But hey, instead of complaining about actual issues like the limited releases for Mario 35 or Mario 3D Collection or how piss poor the collection is, or how the JoyCon quality is piss poor, they decide to riot only during the Melee one. The Etika Joycon trashfire actually got some of them even realising why Nintendo didn't want to do with their competitive tournaments because of how autistic they reacted lmao

And fun fact: There's YouTubers such as Gamexplain and penguinz0 covered the Etika JoyCon incident didn't even cover the updated information about how deep the rabbit hole went for the scammer. Gets to show how truthful they wanted.

Just to talk about GameXplain for a moment. Man do those guys bug the fuck out of me. I don't know what it is. I remember back when their channel started and began to grow at a fast rate. They were pretty good and made a good video. I'm not exactly sure when it changed but around the 20-teens they really began to get on my nerves. Something about the way they were presenting their product came off as very... "I'm better than you" or something like that. Unsure what caused this and it is likely just me. But fuck me I can't watch their videos anymore; I just want to punch that faggot with the voice in the face.

I have the same feeling.

I know what it is. In the 2012s when they first started they were a group just looking to have fun speaking about Nintendo. It helped that at the time the community was rather small, so they made many connections with people like Chuggaconroy and the BitBlock. Things were fine until the Switch era, more specifically the later years as you mentioned. In 2016, Andre started letting his politics out on Twitter and broke ties with Josh. In 2018 him and Josh would go at it again as he tries to kill off Josh’s channel because Trump bad. In 2020, Andre’s and the crew’s politics hit a new peak where it became unavoidable. Not only is their Twitter filled with Trump rants, but now their videos started having weird we need a female character or black character SJW type rhetoric when it comes to Smash. The final nail in the coffin was the not so tongue and cheek election video.

GameXplain was just another victim of politics it seems. Andre is on a high horse at all times now because he is a pure lefty and has actively tried to get them Trump folk out of his community. A community that talks about Nintendo and has nothing to do with politics I might add. The channel now has strange attempts to seem progressive like their absolute stretching to find gays in Animal Crossing. It has gotten so bad that many old members left as they could not put up with Andre anymore.

I tried to find evidence . zip on the internet when I was trying to find and archive the legendary Chudat Chronicles but didn't find evidence. zip
Maybe I am just bad at searching lost media (I found the chudat chronicles tho)

Yeah, the chutdat one is easy to find, but evidence.zip is super frustrating to me because you know tons of people still have it somewhere on their hard drive and they just don't share it because they don't want to ruffle Leffen's Karen hair. And from what I understand the actual things used against leff were misleading/wrong but don't hide history from us. Let me laugh at Hax$ retarded ass for writing it.

I like how this game is gradually evolving towards being a big-budget version of one of the Flash SSBM clones.

Still holding out hope for Bomberman. I love me some area denial with the opportunity to backfire lethally. A Valve pick would be the left-field I'd really like to see though.
