I wanted to ask someone lurking in more servers than just Kiara's about her fans, actually. I've looked in the #stream_chat channel on that server during her streams, and I might as well be watching the YouTube chat because they don't seem to understand that dumbass she can't even read this it's on discord. If the chat were usable, I'd be commented with the other discord users about the stream, but they're trying to talk to Kiara or something. Is that a thing on all their unofficial fan servers, or are Kiara's fans just extra exceptional?

Then there's the sheer number of KFP-related usernames I see, both on YT and on discord. Do tons of those exist for all the HoloMyth members and I'm just missing them because I can't keep up with all 5? Or, again, are Kiara fans just extra exceptional? I mean like someone has their youtube username suffixed with "KFP ceiling fan" or something dumb like that.

She is a scaredy cat. But Minecraft is also a pretty relaxed game, even when clearing monuments. Your mind and body just aren't ready for jumpscares.

Fucker gets me every time. It's as much the sudden noise as it is how grating that noise is. Plus I'm just a jumpy person. Gura screams when she falls 4 blocks into water in Minecraft, so I think she's even more jumpy than me.

Without too much powerlevel, let me just mention that I'm from a very musical family (you may be familiar with the Heigh Ho tune though). Most of these karaoke streams make my ears bleed.

This is a thread about vtubers, let people talk about what they want, if the discussion is interesting enough people will pick it up and roll with it, if its just a shitpost it will have a few replies before being buried under the mountains of autism we post.

Trying to "nip the bud before it blooms" only makes things worse.

Well I imagine by jp you must be referring to reddit or 4chan, which I know is fucking crazy but I've never used either of them tbh I may have looked at Hololive reddit a handful of times, and 4chans layout is to cancerous to ever waste my time with, so I was unaware of this great flamewar I was about to start. I did clearly state people just like their whatever shit they like though.

People actually like some of the vshojo girls, not for me I'll ignore it and move on, don't get so sensitive about it.

Now I do remember a time when YT recommended where pretty random and sometimes bad. But recently, I'd say the past 1-1.5 years they've been really good to me. I'd go as far as saying they've got me hooked more than ever to youtube because they're that good.

Just one example on topic: I'm not subscribed to a single vtuber clipper/translator channel yet I get a constant feed of the newest, most fresh clips as well as past (1-10 month old) clips that used to be highlights, which I appreciate. Whenever I search for clips of a certain archive, it always shows me english first, then the japanese clips.

My guess is that you, at some point, did some searching on Vshoujo vtubers before they became Vshoujo and YT is slowly filtering them out, seeing as you don't click on them anymore. So I wouldn't say the #Vshoujo tag is getting them negative feedback. More like the improved algorithm quickly targets their actual audience.

This is all guesswork but I'm pretty sure the cut that Cover gets from their Vtubers is a hefty chunk.

30% gets taken from YT itself. Covers cut must be at least another 30% but I believe it's around 50%. I base this on the cuts from the Idol industry, where its known and proven that Agencies take advantage of naive and young talents. I know Yagoo is a meme and all but if he's your usual japanese business man (when it's down to business) then he's getting as much money out as he can get and that includes big portions of the talent.

So a 100$ SC amounts to 30$ for the vtuber before taxes.

The talents get ad revenue as well as merch and promotion revenue but Cover also takes their cut here. All in all, i'd say this is a decent job what money is concerned but it's highly dependable on your popularity and willingness to be a fictional character for long periods of time. No one will get rich doing it tho.

I welcome if anyone has actual facts regarding this topic as everything I provided is just speculation. I remember a redditard commenting on this and getting nothing but downvotes. He was exaggerating a bit but its clear most spergs don't want to face the realities of a job (which is fine as most are here for wholesome entertainment)

No, the KFP is just that exceptional, as you put it. The plus side is, their particular brand of sperging bids them to go into other Hololive vtuber's channels during streams and drop donations so that their proud KFP associations can be on full display while they show support for another member of the team. I daresay out of all the EN fans, they're the ones who produce the most fanmade content on a regular basis as well, so at least they're the most productive/beneficial with their spergery.

Putting it another way, KFP is loud and proud of it, but they also tend to get more shit done for the sake of their enthusiasm.

From what I can tell, the KFP diehards only really express that within their own discord since you can set your own nickname depending on what server you're in. I've seen a few of them in other discords but they don't have the same KFP tags applied there. It might be only on Youtube where you see that huge overlap of the KFP going into other streamers' chats and making themselves known.

Also, I would say Ina's should be more productive because they're mostly artists, or are they the type of artists who actually don't produce any work and just talk about producing work instead?
