Sounds like the abuse accusations probably came up when he was having his online presence analyzed since in TYOL 2020 you need to make sure no one visibly attached to your game has done anything, ever, that would arouse the ire of the tranny ratking, he was asked about them, and then was told "thanks no thanks".And possibly had his resume/offer rejected and the person responding told him straight up he was being rejected, why, and not to ever try to get employment there again. Unprofessional (and potentially liability) but that sort of sums up the sort of mutants who work on/at indie games.

I guess he’s never heard of pen names or ghostwriting, but using the “lowtax brand” to try and get gigs. He’s going to have to start from scratch and rely on the merits of his writing to get any work, he firebombed the bridges he had via SA as Lowtax. So he’s fucked.
