....what's a SUCCESSFUL result supposed to look like? Is the "bulb" separate from the body, or is it attached at the back? I can at least understand why a phalloplasty might be appealing to them, because at least with those you can tell that it's supposed to look like a penis (even though it does only in the vague sense of "flesh tube extending from the crotchal region"), but this result is not remotely identifiable as a penis, or any sort of human genitals, even intersex ones.

No part of this resembles...ANYTHING. You can't even tell what they were TRYING to do :stress: I opened that spoiler before reading the post and assumed I was looking at another shit-dripping mukeballer. This is BEYOND a botch, you're looking at deliberate unrepentant butchery.

For those of you uninitiated, this is what that should be looking like at one week out:

Note-- identifiable scrotum and neophallus with foreskin and glans, minimal swelling.
Judging by the gore and pus below the new scrote it looks like our patient had all the inside bits out at the same time and is also having some really severe wound separation.
