Sorry for being so late on this. I had some idle time after work, so I gave Gig’s hour-long spergout on his dad a listen. Here’s a detailed summary for you guys:
TL;DR Massive accusations that Randy Jackson fingered his oldest sister when she was seven with mommy dearest asleep in the car, brags about totes beating his dad up, at the same time laments that his dad won’t talk to him.
It seems I’m really not up to date on the matter if Onion’s sisters as another more researched kiwi pointed out, so tell me: Is this the first time Greg has directly accused Randy Jackson by name of molesting his oldest sister in detail? ‘Cause if it is, then yeah, you might wanna take some of that legal action you were talking about, Randy. His sister too, unless she’s cool with him going on to make allegations about her and her father.

-Onion spergs about how he was 15 not 17 when he went to live with his dad like it makes a difference. I don’t know about defamation (again, not a lawfag but I would think you would have to be some level of famous to claim defamation) but if someone with large reputation, enough to have a documentary made about him, makes false accusations of incestuous molestation than Randy should have grounds to sue for something. I just don’t know what the term would legally be called. It would still be damaging to his reputation since employers could easily see the accusations and play it safe by firing him/turning applications down. It would also cause him and his family emotional damage. Would love to have a lawkiwi’s professional take on this.
Onion must be thinking that because no one can prove it didn’t happen, he would legally be safe to say whatever he wanted. But I would think the reverse is true: if he’s the only one saying it, and he’s not even saying it about himself but about a relative who has not confirmed the allegation, then the lack of proof supporting it is what makes it genuine slander.
I would really, really enjoy seeing him get sued for slander after obsessively threatening to sue the whole world for the exact same thing. Come on Randy, for once in your life do something right.
