I am not a doctor but when I look at this logically it just doesn't seem possible. Women have a uterus which sits above the bladder. Men have a prostate which sits below the bladder pushing the bladder right up against other organs. Simple biology tells us that the man's body is not designed for a uterus, there isn't enough room. I know the trans community has a strong aversion to chromosomes but there's a big reason why the Y chromosome is so tiny compared to an X chromosome. A uterus is considerably more complex and autonomous than the entirety of the male reproductive system, and even with our comprehensive understanding of gestation, the process is borderline magical, especially with zero (conscious) effort on the mother's behalf. As an aside, I'm not being saccharine when I say pregnancy seems mystical, because I have the same opinion of bodily functions like digestion. The big difference is that between gestation and digestion, people generally don't show affection for the end product of the latter.

I do agree with people saying everything else wrong with the idea of men receiving a uterine transplant regarding skeletal structure, musculature, and so on, but I always felt the chromosomal reasons was the biggest flaw in this ridiculous thinking. It's like trying to run the entire Adobe creative suite simultaneously on a TI-85 graphing calculator. Or, as a more relevant simile, it'd be like trying to transplant a mammal's digestive system to replace a bird's. Are there analogous structures? Absolutely, but "analogous" does not mean "interchangeable."
