I posted it way back, but she drew a piece where two of her half sibling characters (who also were from two different universes) were in a relationship and she even drew them fucking.

And that was before the whole trans shit. If she's getting back into the incest game now, who knows how long it'll be until she might make a thing in the main universe or even just something she does more often.

it feels like she tried to bypass the 'its not incest' thing by doing some weird reason like "theyre from different universes, so theyre not by blood"
They're still related by blood anyway, even if you change the reasoning to time travel, they're still the same. She didn't completely change them to wholly different people like changing the family line like "what if this guy was born down from [X], instead of [Y]"? While the romance would still be offputtingly weird, uncanny, and gross since the actual versions of the characters are siblings, its a better reason than just universe-hopping.
