Funny how she thinks improving or changing anything about her condition, such as going from fat to normal weight, means doctors are "focused on eradicating [her] body from existence." The kids are lost causes, too. They're already terribly morbidly obese and only know how to overeat. They have no idea how to recognize their normal hunger and satiety cues, and this sick woman encourages and models a disordered relationship with food for them every day. I have no doubt she purposely overfeeds them and pushes junk on them. Her entire identity is devoted to fat activism and its lies.

On the child abuse side; situations like this are proof that gov't's calls for ending childhood obesity are just for show - no CPS would take that kid away for abuse. Repeated acne around the sides of the chin in women is almost always a hormonal issue. From this one shot it looks as though she probably suffers from small cystic acne too, another hormonal imbalance red flag. This means the problem is coming from inside and no amount of washing will cure it.

In regular women, acne in this location frequently indicates excess androgen production, which would require a trip to a derm for a scrip...spironolactone or summat...to suppress excess hormone production. Androgens are male hormones which can be overproduced naturally in some women, causing their oil glands to overproduce, clog and cause acne and buried cysts around the jaw and chin.

Guess what also causes excess androgen production in women, on a much larger and more frequently observed scale? Obesity. Excess fat amps up production of excess androgen hormones.
