I can't say much because I don't want to PL, but I have first-hand knowledge about a Japanese company that was trying to automate a very human involved, hands on manufacturing process. Even with all of their money and technological might, the result was disappointing and required technicians having to manually intercede and physically reposition the materials at different stages of the process. If the millions they invested, their team of top level engineers, and their Japanese work ethic couldn't automate a process that seems deceptively simple, I can only imagine how the "communists" ideas would play out.

I take comfort in knowing that at least I try to appreciate just how complex and fragile the chains that deliver food, water, and goods to our nations are. They think it's all magic and thus render it a farce rather than see how impressive all this work is.

I watch a lot of videos about off-grid/self reliant lifestyles and the first thing you notice about all the people who choose thar lifestyle is that they are usually very handy to begin with and also they have the kind of work ethic i wish i had. There is a lot of time consuming, back-breaking work involved in rejecting the current systems in society and providing for yourself.

These internet commies haven't a clue about any of this and would actually sneer at the people doing this as "rednecks" or "doomsday preppers". They don't realise that if they actually tried to set up their communes or whatever they would end up being squalid homeless encampments with a bunch of neglected animals/crops and the occassional lecture being given about how bad the outside world is.

2. Every politically-motivated speaking event I've ever attended has always reeked of "Just waiting my turn to speak". They're there for the attention. Not to listen to others.

No company is "in fact woke" - a gentle reminder that huge megacorporations (Apple, Google, Nike) will pretend like they're woke, by grandstanding about how bad slavery was in America and how bad Black People still have it to this day - all while using literal slave labor in third world countries and China.

A lot of the "woke" stuff you're seeing is because while it does decrease profits in many cases - the companies see it as an opportunity to buy "social capital", basically letting them spend money to change their branding and the larger companies have decided that this is worth it on some level.

Nike - for example - is one of the largest "activewear" makers on the planet and they make huge profits employing sweatshop labor and have done so since like 1980. We're talking billions upon billions of dollars in profit. On occasion, activists and journalists will get on their ass with the thought process of "You made $40 billion dollars in profit, why don't you pay your employees more than $6 a month?" and it will turn into bad press.

To actually pay all of their third-world employees real world money would be a gigantic project that would likely cost billions upon billions per year - so what can Nike do? Donate a vastly smaller portion to some no-name charity and pretend to give a shit about social causes. Specifically, Nike has "committed" (not donated, but future allocated) $10,000,000 a year to Black Lives Matter for the next 4 years, or $40,000,000. For a company that makes Nike money, $40,000,000 (over 4 years) is literally nothing. Not only is it nothing, but they got a gigantic amount of press over it - so they can consider it part of their advertising budget (not literally, but practically). That $40,000,000 has performed so well that if you type "Nike" into a search engine you'd have to go about 7 pages deep to even find a hint of unethical behavior. That's worth $40mil to Nike and I'd have to agree - it's way cheaper to talk about doing something rather than actually doing it.

"Get Woke, Go Broke" is a meme - the companies are sometimes losing profits - but they're definitely gaining something they feel is valuable and they're probably right. Not many people give a shit about Nike's sweatshops and a huge part of the population trust Twitter/Apple/Google/Facebook to not abuse their power despite the fact they do so constantly - and likely tried to sway the 2016 and 2020 elections.

Blacker than I expected, though physiognomically in line with her sentiments - you can tell at a glance that she's an atrocious person.

Oddly, photos of her husband are elusive. In one article she had them correct it to remove reference to her husband as 'husband' and replaced his reference with 'spouse'. His name is Jesse. You can find photos of her with her kids, thought no husband in the pictures.

I have hope that maybe he's trooned-out. Her kids are very black, so probably not the stereotypical white/jew-married black that is voraciously anti-white.

Nike having sweatshops is buried because it's old news. Everyone knows that clothes are made by third world borderline slave labour (I was taught this in 7th or 8th grade), but most have accepted that such conditions are a necessary step on the road to industrialisation, much like the dark satanic mills of Dickens' day, and probably better than backbreaking primitive agriculture that serves as the only alternative (as indicated by hordes of rural Chinks illegally swarming into the cities to work in the very same factories that infamously installed suicide nets). Some react to this by blaming capitalism and going full commie of course, but they're to the Left what /pol/ tards are to the Right.
