Ok I dont remember if this was mentioned but I know certain gated communities prevent you from working at home full time. So if his neigbors found out dsp is running a business out of the condo, they could report him. Plus the oops moment might lead to the HOA telling him to leave even more. I could be wrong but funny if he got evicted for the private pleasure session and running an illegal business in the condo.

It looks like he probably could (with some restrictions), but to be fair, the link I found is for home owned businesses in Seattle. Im not sure about condo's in Renton. I did find one funny part under the "fines" section. It could be a new chargeback scheme for him..

If you violate the home occupation standards you could be charged penalties of $150 to $500 a day. Your fines can accumulate if you do not correct the violation in a timely way. We will also charge for inspections.

Phil Burnell is absolutely the neighbourhood loser.
His neighbours live productive lives, raise children, write books, some help children with special needs and others simply enjoy their best years. Some of them struggled with real problems, with some heavy stuff.
Then there's Phil Burnell who scams children online by lying and faking distress, insults people and uses special needs children/adults to make money.
The picture I got from seeing who lives around Phil is shocking to me. He is the absolute outlier. He is the house children shouldn't go to for Halloween, that type of deal.
This is the worst I've ever felt for Phil. I'm certain that all his "mature adult", "muh family", "muh business" and "you all are losers I am somebody" rants are something he has to tell himself just to cope.
Also, I personally don't care if they get harassed. Phil claimed for years they already got harassed, doxed, etc. so if he was being honest, nothing changed.
Yet if he lied just to get more pity bucks, he did it to them now, and they have noone to blame but Phil Burnell.

If Phil were capable of that, it would actually substantially raise my opinion of him, but as it stands, I see him more as the guy who is legit only ever miserable when he doesn't get to indulge his psychological issues. Go out on Tuesdays like he did with his mom, flail his arms around like one of those inflatable tube displays, make gross noises, tell people to STFU, play gacha, impulse shop, flex on everybody, etc. etc. As long as nothing inhibits any of that, Phil doesn't give a fuck how shitty he lives.

That fucker makes no sense, I thought he wanted attention. Going to be difficult to get attention when you are tipping behind the scenes. Sure Jeff was remembered for a little while, any time there was a big anon tip for instance, but who cares about him now?
