I wish I knew what the fuck actually happened with his lease when he says "terming my lease". His landlord probably hooked him up by not evicting him on paper or something. I do hope he lives a bit cleaner from now on.

In America, not sure about the rest of the world, if you get actually evicted it's a whole process. Your landlord has to go to court and inform local sherrifs, it's a ton of work. It also follows you like a credit score, other landlords can see you have been evicted in the past and some just won't rent to you, so it's a big deal if you're evicted. So his landlord might be "doing him a favor" by just not renewing his lease. One big thing with evictions too is that they hindge usually on the fact the person isn't paying or isn't leaving, but neither were the case here, he left after the first time asked. He should not be still kissing this landlord's ass.

I just wish the sound was better when he's cooking. I liked the part where he realised his 4 egg omelette with cheese was too big on the burger and decided to trim it with his mouth

I'm not sure where he learned how to make french toast, but 4 eggs with no milk for just 2 slices of bread is one way to do it, I guess. I found an edit of the video with much better fixed audio, but it's only 20 mins, not the whole thing. Still a very good edit.

If this had fewer eggs and less cheese I would eat it. The wetness of it is a little off putting, but I love eggs and french toast. I would try it, at least.

Yeah, most people assume that "term of lease" meant that he was walked through what happened, and that he "broke the terms of the lease". Because he often hears shit wrong and then keeps saying what he believes he heard, he got it in his head that way and just kept repeating it. He was more or less evicted, but in a much cleaner way with nowhere near the hassle.
